Fantano was already insufferable for outright admitting that he did not finish listening to Ye and Ty Dolla $ign’s VULTURES 1 album and just skipped the majority of the project while he was reacting to it.

How can you call yourself a music reviewer and rate it “unviewable 1” but not even listen to the project?

It’s interesting that he calls Ye a disgusting loser like all of the other YouTubers following his lead recently, but somehow we’re supposed to believe that his love for Kendrick Lamar is genuine and not at all based on just simply hating Drake.

I've always been a Kendrick hater, but I'll defend Fantano here and say that he's always been a Kendrick dickrider since way before the Drake beef. He's just giddy over the beef because now more people will validate his opinions.

The Kanye stuff on the other hand is just virtue signaling. Kanye, in his current state, is an insane, schizophrenic millionaire tweeting literal gibberish so people will give him attention. To be fair that album was pretty shit, Kanye really hasn't been the same since Ye came out, but the way he went through this whole "unreviewable" song and dance was fucking ridiculous. If he'd just given it a 0/10 or a NOT GOOD or whatever he's doing now to albums he absolutely hates that would've been fine and would have gotten the point across without all the melodrama. This was just a virtue signal and nothing else.

I could handle the pretentious /mu/ posts made into videos, but Anthony Fantano being the only person who made any sort of content on artists like Aphex Twin and Death Grips for a good, long while is what soured my opinion of the man the most. His downfall into self-flagellating white liberal cuckold was just icing on the cake for me. I hope he continues to implode upon himself; he's like iDubbbz but without Anisa. Hey! Matty Healy got banned from entering Malaysia after he went on an intoxicated rant about institutionalised homophobia within the country and made out with the bassist on stage. I wouldn't be surprised if he hates Muslims; the man's Br*t*sh after all. Having said that... it still doesn't change the fact that he was under the influence on stage in a country that heavily restricts alcohol sale and consumption and heavily penalises drug usage with lengthy prison terms (sometimes the death penalty too). That he chose to rant about institutionalised homophobia in Malaysia due to sharia and make out with another man on stage only added fuel to the proverbial fire. I still love The 1975's music, saw them live a few times, and probably won't stop listening to them or seeing them live in the near future. Regardless, Matty Healy's life is a colossal trainwreck and the bloke's definitely got issues. He's just really good at fucking his own life up while finding ways to make the most out of it.

Just briefly read about this Matt Healy faggot and he's a textbook example of liberal narcissist. He will proselytize about fag rights in other parts of the world that don't concern him, as far as to purposefully break the law in host countries because he feels he's special and exempt from local law, he got shittered and did gay shit on stage in Malaysia not because he believed it would help, but because he knew he'd face no real consequences and would boost his "ally" image. In Dubai he made out with a male audience member, he very well might have gotten that faggot killed because he wanted to be seen as a staunch ally no matter the cost, even if the cost was the life of one of his precious queers.
