When Piero Scaruffi talks about politics, even if I disagree with it, I can at least find that he’s somewhat interesting with how he operates with trying to equate music history with political ideology.

With Fantano, all I’m looking at is a man who mentally thinks every post of his on Reddit is gold and believes that he’s entitled enough to never be challenged on surface level opinions that he himself has no clue on.
 
I don't get the issue with his politisperging. He was an admitted Bernout in both 2016 and 2020, there's no reason for him not to be throwing tantrums over Biden shit. Chapocels freely admitted they didn't like him and were going to cry about much of what he did anyway.

Someone already pointed this out earlier in the thread but even his music reviews are like that, extremely surface level to the point where he’s often just describing the sounds he’s hearing in a song. I guess that’s fine when it’s 2010 and you’re the only guy reviewing music on the platform pretty much, but he hasn’t evolved at all in the past 11 years outside of becoming a boomer scold.

Because he spent the whole election season kissing Biden's ass to "own the right." It's funny to see his whole house of cope collapse under the weight of Biden doing everything he said he would do.

The reason people like his Meme Review shit was because he didn't come off as if he was taking himself very seriously, imo.
Felt more down to earth, and I think most people just get along with folks that are humble and confident.

Him behaving like this, acting like anyone gives a shit about what some weirdo internet personality with a cushy life has to say about politics - well, it's a big part of why despite him and Aids Moby looking similar in profile, Aids Moby is infinitely more tolerable because he doesn't shit out lukewarm takes about the newest political hot-button item of the week.
