In case anyone thought that the new subreddit wouldn't be able to fuck with Anthony to the same magnitude that the old one did, think again.

Anthony had some sort of health scare yesterday, and the subreddit immediately pounced on it by spreading around a lie that he died. It got to the point that TMZ was contacting Anthonys business partner Keith the Cop to confirm it being true.

So what does Keith do?

there's another reddit board but no pat posting there. if anything came from most of the subs getting banned, it's that joe and ant are both back being openly retarded on twitter

This website was supposed to be a recovery ground for in case the Reddit sub gets shut down, NOT a place for you to come and do your illegal shit. I said this since day one: NO PATRICK POSTS. It’s not funny anymore, and it’s gotten VERY illegal.

This site is being shut down. It’s out of my hands at this point.

I'm really fucking glad the movement to declare Opie a genius is petering out. I get picking on Anthony because he probably had debauched tranny sex, but that doesn't make Opie any less objectionable.

Opie has his own issues for sure, but he's far from being as bad as Anthony is. At the end of the day Opie is just a guy who has some emotional issues that he probably needs some help working out.

Anthony on the other hand is a legitimate racist, unstable drunk, violent lunatic and a possible pedophile. The two are not comparable in terms of being a bad human being.

I was listening to the latest Who Are these Podcasts episode and the host is under the impression that Carl Ruiz's business venture is in trouble and he might have to close down the restaurant and Opie is hoping that it's true so that he can rope Carl into doing his podcast with him full time. Poor talentless Opie, still trying to capture lightning in a bottle once more despite the fact that nobody wants to work with him.

Opie (and Anthony's) current state of affairs make me think about what Patrice O’Neal said about fame and the entertainment industry.

“This business is the beast and it eats everybody and shits them out. But here's what's funny about the beast: it's a neverending line of people who want to get in the mouth and get chewed up and shit out. It's because, when you get in the belly, you get $2 million a week. And when you get shit out, you're a pile back there. And you have the option to wait to get back in line, and wait to go get back in the beast, and get eaten and shit out! And we line up!”
 
Does anyone know Anthony's new Twitter account? His cpm account got banned, but he's way too addicted to Twitter not to make another.

Opie has his issues but he was able to straighten Anthony out for a huge period of time and make a large footprint in the world of radio and comedy.

There was one a time where Anthony could get through an entire day without saying "black", "nigger", or "fuck" on the radio if you can imagine it.

It's really annoying to listen to old O&A bits and hear Opie stomp all over them with awful jokes or try to change the subject. But all you have to do is listen to one episode of TACS or Jim & Sam and it becomes blatantly clear how much that structure was needed.
