Earl deserves a medal for being the glue that held Ron and Fez together for as long as he did. Without him they would have descended into becoming just as big of a shit show as ONA did.
 
I was just thinking about this bit, or going back and listening to them covering the feud with Bubba the Lovesponge and Hulk fucking his wife. It's just too bad the 9/11 bit was around the time Vic Henley started hanging around Op and he almost ruins it.



I hope he gets to meet up with his little Hulkster from Wem-bah-lee in heaven.

Anthony fell into that comedian thing where they decide they’re actually modern day philosophers. Anthony’s problem with his political shows is even if you’re right wing is he doesn’t have anything to say, besides very standard talking points that you can get anywhere else. The funniest thing is you never see guys like Chomsky, or Sewell try to start doing comedy. Comedians are just very insecure, and don’t feel being funny is enough. They demand respect damnit!

It's gotten to the point where the Opester and Sam Roberts are the most genuine survivors associated with the original O&A line up.

Kind of like how some women enter a slut era, Anthony is in his Thinker Era where he is not only funny but there's a message. It's not soulless hack slapstick morning zoo gimmicks you're accustomed to, like whipping out tits in public. Maybe people want to listen to something fun and also get like a life lesson or a shower thought, that's why Anthony is doing this. He's not in it for the money, he's in it for the people. Like the Patriotic Comedy Tour, you're supposed to laugh and then go "ohhhhh wow". Anthony and Gavin don't have a lot of fans and their comedy shows don't fill up because not a lot of people understand what level they are telling jokes from

Every now and then I think a lot about Anthony's excuse for being out on the night of the big attack, instead of taking candid shots of girls and women he was actually taking pictures of scaffolding and construction equipment

Ant the photographer was out documenting one of the rarest of sights in Manhattan, unfinished repairs of commercial buildings. Little did he know he would be documenting a demolition as well...
