I do agree. Yes Opie rubs me the wrong way with his bitterness in how everything ended, but at least I’ll give him this in that he’s not a ghoul like Anthony has become. I just wish he wouldn’t give Ant the time of day and ignore questions about him.

The thing I am shocked at is that Anthony actually has a black person working on his show as a member of the behind the scenes staff. That must be killing him.
 
I don't know what's gotten into him but suddenly he's been styling himself as some kind of science/engineering expert. For me, I am endeared. This is probably the most interesting thing he's done since it's not like him at all to try to be book smart

Now that he’s getting older, lives in South Carolina, and has to be off the sauce due to health issues, he’s finding other things to be interested in. It’s all surface-level shit though, much like Joe Rogan. For all the years Joe and Ant claim to be fascinated by science and technology, they are completely incapable of doing anything other than the most surface level shit with these retards putting on their best interdasting face while reading it. True 100-105 IQ midwittery going on here.

Ant has always been interested in rocketry. If his dad didn't beat him senselessly every time he spent quarters to buy food, because his alcoholic dad spent all the money on booze, Ant could have worked at NASA. Maybe.

Not really. Ever since Patrice he usually kept one or 2 black guys in his circle. I don't know if any were on staff at Compound but I'm pretty sure at least one black comic had a show at some point and he'd have a few in his rotation of guests. (of course this was awhile ago and things could have changed since he ramped up his tweets more).

He used to have radio drops where he was called “Professor Anthony” all because he could remember 6th grade science class and regurgitated History Channel documentaries. They would make him seem so smart when he was just another dumb wop from Long Island.

Nothing wrong with enjoying history or liking that sort of science info, but don’t act like you understand it all. Listening him trying to relate to Dr. Kaku was specially cringe.

Oh my God, the Dr. Kaku shit was one of the strangest arcs in O&A history. They have a legitimate academic on to plug his book, proceed to fuck with him the entire time, and then get outraged when the guy never does their show again and wants nothing to do with them. It was one of the few times they clowned a guest and then got mad about it.

At least his bitterness is justified. Ant and Jimmy's are all self inflicted. All Opie wanted to do was run a successful show, and he had these two dopes trying to get him to quit. Now look at all of them. Not a single worthwhile job between the three since the breakup. All because of Jim and Anthony. Could Opie get annoying? Yeah, but so did the cavalcade of comedians, Jim, and Anthony, who would constantly yell and interrupt. The only person in the room who wanted to make it listenable is the one called annoying.
 
The Ant and Jim show from yesterday is the 4th most watched video in WABC's YouTube channel. Most of their videos have less than 500 views.
