That’s the same girl. Her name is Ileana Kennedy. Her father, Jim Kennedy, was a deputy press secretary in the Clinton administration and later worked for Hillary, Al Gore, Joe Lieberman and News Corporation. So not some rando 17 year old but from a pretty well connected family. Jim did not have any problems with Cumia dumping loads inside his teenage daughter.
