That's a fair point, and I think it could have been true with some of them. But this is reddit we're talking about, and a lot of them were probably mulattos themselves. Like that drug addict who was so obsessed with the personal lives of people vaguely related to a show that ended years that he was getting Anthony's brother's band gigs to cancel him. He was a mulatto and didn't he kill his own baby running from the cops? These are the type of people who were on there. Obsessed losers.

I could have some of this mixed up or incorrect because it was several years ago when I read this stuff, I believe from some of you or other users of this forum, that one of the most prolific users of their old subreddit, maybe even one of the mods, was a morbidly obese man in his late 30s, early 40s. And when he wasn't discussing the best ways to "troll" and annoy the people responsible for the radio program that supposedly entertained him at one point in time, he was bragging and posting pictures of all the things he recently stole? On a different subreddit that mostly contained edgy teenage girls who shoplifted makeup?

I kind of remember reading something like that. If true, it's the type of thing that makes me embarrased to say I was a fan. And I'm pretty sure a lot of their fans were just normal people who liked to listen but didn't try to involve themselves and contact the staff on social media or make edgy trolling plans on reddit. But still, all that kind of stuff is embarrassing.

I was a Stern fan, beginning back when he had the tv show on E, who really started getting into O&A's show and listening consistently early on in the xm days. As soon as Anthony, and then Opie too, got fired, I stopped listening. I never followed anyone related to that show on social media and I don't care what they do or say online or in their non radio lives. The way people treat these strangers as if they were old friends who they grew to dislike is baffling and very retarded.

I realize that this may sound strange coming from someone who enjoyed their radio show, but they really do have some of the stupidest fucking fans. I remember a fan online saying that what they do is easy and they could do it too, with no trouble, since he and his friends joke around just like they do on the radio. He was deluded and dumb enough to think that a nationwide audience would be anxious to tune in every morning so they could listen to him and his retard friends joking and telling stories about people they don't know.

In the early days of Youtube, you had people who were supposedly huge fans who thought Ant's voice came from Opie, and vice versa. They would be amazed when they finally learned who was who. I've also seen several fans of theirs proudly boasting online how they'd never marry b/c a voice on their radio told them not to. A voice from a guy who married his brother's old girlfriend. What kind of sick person does that? Most people find dating a friend's ex offputting and unusual. A family member is like that x1000. That's not the kind of role model you should be trusting for important, life altering decisions.

Remember that story Anthony told about his wedding party, how his new wife got extremely drunk and belligerant and fought with his brother because his brother was flirting with her cousin? Your new wife is getting jealous because her ex, who is your brother, is flirting with another woman. At your wedding reception. That must've been very uncomfortable for the rest of the family to witness. Their poor mother must've been horrified.

In fairness, I remember Killa Kuhn wasn't really involved in the fan community. He seemed to have just stumble upon the drama and decided to interject himself to fuck with Joe. As Beige discussed in his documentary, a lot of the subreddit at the time didn't even like what Kuhn was doing. They just found it funny when Joe went on television as a result of what had happened.

While like all fanbases the Opie and Anthony was to some degree autistic, I think their hatred of Anthony is more than justified. He deliberately chose to wage war on them because he didn't like being criticized. He is also a disgusting human being, and they were able to see that.

I was on the subreddit, will confirm; nobody was ever genuinely offended he hated niggers. It was that everything had to circle back to niggers at the detriment of anything resembling a joke.

This is what ultimately has to be remembered about all this. Everything that happened to Anthony was deserved. He brought it all on himself with his behavior.

His fanbase were just people looking for entertainment and he chose to declare war on them for having mild criticisms about the quality of his content.

Opie is doubling down on an O&A reunion show. It is no longer just a reunion special but bringing back the Opie and Anthony show as a podcast. Opie even gave his reason for saying so. When Anthony responded to Opie trying to hype a reunion, he admitted interesting things about the Compound media business.

1. Greg Opie said the Opie and Anthony reunion special or revival podcast will happen because he and Anthony are broke. Opie admits he is losing more money than he is making and so is Anthony. The show will happen because they need each other to make cash again.

2. Anthony said the rumors Opie is starting about himself being broke are untrue because Compound media makes a million dollars a year. Anthony let out Compound media never made a profit over one million dollars a year. He did not make satellite radio money, but he was finally still better off than Opie according to himself. Compound media only making a million a year is pretty bad for New York City. Anthony is not making half of what Tim Pool makes a month a year while operating in New York City.
 
I don't know what is wrong with the few remaining Opie Anthony or Jimmy fans left. Jim and Ants degeneracy is so vile it makes me want to vomit. Hearing Jim Norton talk about his tranny wife and children having sex on Joe Rogan was a step too far. Thats before you get into Anthony Cumias pedophilia and tranny sex. It baffles me. Someone could pay money to watch these too.
 
Did opie and Anthony appear in the music video for Neal McOy's song Billy got his beer goggles on? There are several comments referring to Opie and Anthony and what appears to be them in the video, but they are strangely not credited anywhere. Here's the timestamp for them.
