There was a lot of speculation he may have been enjoying xanax a little too much during the CM days post OnA but no concrete proof. Those twitchy thumb videos come to mind.

What a whiner. Geno was his employee first, not his buddy, and he was set adrift with no notice. I do believe that he would avoid finding out how much anyone made, since he wouldn't want to be bummed out it it turned out that he was paying them peanuts. The fact that Ant is all over the place with his estimates ("they were making radio station wages, [...] well, not everyone") is basically an admission that he knows now at least some people at Compound were getting fucked over, though.

(It's a red flag if a boss at a small company doesn't know, or pretends that he doesn't know, how much employees make, by the way. Don't take the job!)
 
I love how last night he ranted about how comics don't talk to him anymore and claimed that doing so would NOT be career poison, so there was no excuse. Then IMMEDIATELY after, he talks about being a guest speaker at Jared Taylor's (a known White nationalist) American Renaissance dinner not too long ago.

This old eggplant never learned that he has to pick a lane. Either be in with the NYC comic crowd or be in with the right-wing. Even after getting axed from the little doggy company back in 2014 he still thinks he can have his cake and eat it, too. After him basically saying "I'm a retard who didn't understand money and didn't know what my employees were getting paid until 6 months before my service went belly up", how can he
1. ever speak about anyone else's financial issues/incompetence ever again without looking like a complete hypocrite
2. still claim that compound media was totally super successful and it just ran into some bad luck bro that's life

Opie and Anthony's radio show was taking in tens of millions dollars of year and they were still using free interns, strangers, other employees, and struggling comics for free content. They tried to cut a few people in (Ron/Fez, Patrice, Burr/Derosa) but that was 100% Opie trying to make XM101 a much larger platform than it was with just one show.

Anthony is not going to suddenly "share the wealth" for no reason - he's never helped anyone out ever in his life.
