I have to be honest, for Anus baking that really doesn't look that bad. Idk how she layered the compote in the middle but she should have spread a thin layer of the buttercream to act as a barrier, so the compote doesn't absorb into the cake like it appears to have done. Just looks like she piped icing around the edge to keep it all in. I'd still eat the fuck out of this though, ngl
