So AT&T is merging WarnerMedia with Discovery to form some new company and while this seems completely unrelated to anime this includes Warner Bros Japan which is part of the production and distribution of a decent amount of series in japan including a few Jump adaptations (Jojo's, Gintama, and Soma) a few LN adaptations (Danmachi, and a few of the newer railgun/index entries), and some of the more talked about series in the past few years (Mob Psycho, Shirobako, Eizouken, and maybe Record of Ragnarok if the anime doesn't shit the bed)
