I mean, right now I can't see why anyone would side with Emma over Norman, since she seems like a naïve fucking idiot. I mean, the whole thing is really clear cut to me without any shocking revelations. I mean, if the manga's latter half is just trash, why even bother doing the good part if you're just going to ruin it later? I have to respect that decision at least.
Norman is one of the better elements of the series once he returns. Emma starts to get too naive and her victories too convenient, but his (super duper spoilers) demon genocide plan, his conspiracy against the demon nobility, his conflict with Emma, and his conflict with Aysheare interesting to see play out. The issue was how everything in the final arc resolved (or doesn't in Ayshe's case who's likely gonna get cut) was just so damn convenient and lame. Well, except how (same spoiler) the demon nobility were dealt with hot damn that was good, their replacement nobility was more convenient horseshit though.. Norman did nothing wrong. Ray did... literally nothing I hope they fix that in the anime. Or at least kill him like the author planned. Honestly this could still be good the situation you describe is entirely possible at this stage. To be entirely fair to the manga, there's good components to it in the second half. It's salvageable. The bones are there. I'm not confident about that because of how fast they're doing it, but it's not impossible that this manages to get a satisfying climax and resolution, and if it does that would justify the cuts. It's jarring as a manga reader but so far it flows well enough. Guess we'll see what happens.

When it comes to art in anime/manga. I always think of Tsukimizu and Dowman Sayman. I ended up reading Girls Last Tour and Shimeji Simulation, the sequel(?) series because of his art and I've been using it as my PC backgrounds for years. His artstyle is so unique that I actively tell people to not watch the Girls Last Tour anime and to read it instead. They aren't even on the same level.
Dowman Sayman's artstyle reminds me of a more evolved form of Panty and Stocking's artstyle, and it gets pretty wacky with things. If I had an unending amount of money, I would pay for an OVA of The Voynich Hotel that would be able to bring his art out to the fullest. Also anybody who can draw a good Hex Maniac can't be that bad.

奴ら - yatsura, mainly means "they" or "those guys". But it sometimes is used as an alternative for "bastards", that is at best an insult yatsura could be used as, btw.
Like "この背後にいる 奴らを..." means "You really want to nab the bastards..."
However, even if it was derogatory & “those guys” they’re pointing at lacked sex...”virgins” would be the superior choice.
TL;DR: This, at best, should just mean "those bastards". Even "twats, "pricks", cunts", "douchebags", "scumbags", "dicks" would do. "Incels" isn't even close to the true meaning.

Some ask, "Why are these people all so openly contemptuous of their own audience", why this legitimately deranged behavior? The only reasons these people are so dismissive of fan translators when you consider their work, where they expect praise for shoehorning in references to dated culture war crap like Gamergate, is because they're frauds and know how easily replaceable they are. They have no other talents, otherwise they wouldn't be stuck translating anime/manga for shit wages for an an audience outside of their little Extremely Online Twitter circle-jerks that finds them unlikable.
I try not to judge people too hard on their appearances but god damn Red Bard is just... such an unfortunate-looking person. At least she has the courtesy to use a cutesy avatar instead of plastering her face in all her videos unlike this guy. His videos could be amazing for all I know, I'd never find out because I can't look at his jiggly melted-looking face for more than a few seconds without feeling physically uncomfortable.
Nice to see that 4kids is making a spiritual comeback, can't wait for them to start blatantly editing art or removing "problematic" story lines entirely and then wonder why their sales are starting to tank.
