That's what makes it good though. Best parts are when the other characters get weirded out by Subaru and he fucks himself over.

For real though, I never actually used Kissanime and I always like to download torrents for my anime. I find it more reliable and you don't need to deal with ads.

Maybe it’s less about the site being shud down and more about why the site being shut down means for fandubs and such in general.
 
That sucks, but to be honest I've haven't used Kissanime in over a year because of their anti-ad-blockers. Any other good places for obscure 80's and 90's anime?

Sure it might not mean much if you have alternatives, but where will the next generation get easily accessible free animu? Won't someone please think of the children just learning how to pirate? The beuty of Kissanime and friends was always the fact that you can just google something then scroll down a couple pages and it would be right there.

So confession time...I used to quite the weeb..like I bought a Naruto DVD just for the poster inside ate cup Noddles with chopsticks I took from Chinese restaurants and yes the holy grail of being a weeabo I wore a Naruto headband in public...and not just a regular one it had a line through the leaf. Apparently meant to symbolize a ninja who left the hidden leaf village behind and cut all ties with them.


While I still kinda am weebish, my recent purchase of Rosario vampire on Blu-ray the most weeb thing I've done I'm no where near as big of one as I was back then.

Cringiest thing I ever did was probably read shit like Air Gear at school as a kid. I'm surprised I never really got shit for it. Teachers probably should have confiscated it.

Oh wait I just remembered...one time I was so drunk during my weeb phase (and yes this was when I was just old enough to be drunk legally) I put the dragon ball theme on from the 86 show and ran my fist thru my wall...call it the drunken wolf fang fist.

Started rereading Historie again and even though I have noticed a few new historical inaccuracies, I sill consider it one of my favorite manga series.

For those who don't know about the series, its a loose historical manga about the life of Eumenes of Cardia, secretary and general of Alexander the Great. Its a good series although there are two things to note.
1. depending on how big of a historyfag you are, you'll probably drop it over how they portray Hephaestion.
2. Assuming you don't drop it, prepare for a long wait. The series has been running for longer then Alexander's reign as king (series started in 2003) and combine that with hiatuses that rival Berserk and HxH, its just now getting to the death of Phillip II.

kissanime was really garbage tbh. I usually use either nyaa for torrents or just go to 9anime if i want to impulse watch.

They took masterani and animeheaven too which means that their cease and desists are somewhat successful but also not really as there are many, many non oficial mirrors of every site they take down that don't even have anything to do with the original one. Mirror sites of kissanime are probably still going to be up there as they don't even host in the same places or are managed by the same people. They are fighting a Hydra.

if thats true its actually stunning it lasted so long lol. And yeah, as long as eastern europe exists there will be places to host all the anime
