Holy fucking shit, this arc lasted more than a year and it was absolutely pointless.
Db super is probably one of the most useless anime in history.
It accomplishes nothing.
So far, we've only had a handful of original antagonists. That's sad.

It’s not like we didn’t know what the final wish would be. It wasn’t the greatest, but I still think Super had enough moments, ideas, ect to make it worth existing. And Goku didn’t win the tournament, so it wasn’t a “Goku wins all by himself” thing either.

That was the only kinda different thing, but goku hasnt won anything by himself since namek, so it's a moot point.

These last 2 eps were good, but I dont like this huge reset we got, again...just like it was with buu's aftermath.
Im really curious to see where they'll go if they continue the story.
And now we have frieza alive again, so expect another confrontation in the future. How original.

I disagree it was pointless. I really wanted to see what the other universes had to offer and I liked the snapshots of each universe being their team basically.

I'll admit the arc did go on much longer than any of us were really wanting, though really there have been tons of DB arcs that lasted way longer (If you don't take the Kai versions into consideration), I think we're only now complaining about it cause unlike before where all of DB was available to binge for years, we actually had to wait a whole week before watching the next part. But despite all Super's issues I still enjoyed the show, not everything about it since there were moments that were just god awful, but I'm glad I watched it week to week.

The ending seem to heavily imply that this is just a break. Like if it was a to be continued sort of thing.

I get that japan loves freezer, but good god they are reusing him a bit too much. Maybe they will use him to job against the next bad guy?
I also think that not all universes should have come back. Some of them were really annoying and kale, caulifla and cabba fucking suck.

After someone mentioned it, I started watching an anime that I was really fond of like 20 years ago.
Green Legend Ran. The story is kind of weird, but the setting is awesome and the animation is really good at times. Really glad I checked it out again after all these years.

God. Damn. It.
I completely missed the new update and this is how it ends? If this now leads to Casca losing her mind again and thus making that entire terrible boat arc pointless, I will go to Japan, I will find out where Miura lives and I will force him to eat a british breakfast.

That being said, If the Behelit turns out to be Casca's she'd have to grab it in order for it to work. It's not enough to have it closeby, she needs to hold it afaik in order to use it.
I am currently re-reading the manga due to the recent chapters so I can see if I missed anything during my first reading, and the prospect of Casca using the Behelit never even crossed my mind (so far I’m at the Golden Age arc, so that might change).

Tbh it’s way too good to be true for Casca to not be a potato anymore.

So, they decided to end the anime adaptation of The Ancient Magus' Bride before the manga. Wasn't expecting that. It was a cute ending, but also rather abrupt. Apparently a second season has already been confirmed for October of 2018.

I like that we got trolled in a slightly different way for the Osomatsu-san finale. I think this finale was better than last season's.

People were going to complain either way. I'm glad Toriyama is up to his usual tricks of "I'm just going to do whatever I want."

From what I've been seeing around the Internet lately, the DB fans are complaining about everything... especially the show that's replacing Dragon Ball Super, which has gotten to salt levels.

As someone relatively active in the fandom, these people can never be pleased.
If anyone wants to hear that music in the FLCL Season 2/3 trailer, here you go:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZGDxWVbFsw0&t=10s

It's essentially just a 40 second loop going on for 5 minutes. I'm guessing the full song won't be available until Season 2 starts airing.
My number one solace in FLCL 2 and 3 is that even if they completely blow we'll at least have more music from The Pillows.
