And somehow everything makes sense.

I wish people would stop giving a fuck because clearly Nasu himself doesn't care at this point.
The table makes 100% sense, even more after the last FGO story chapter.

Everything leads to FGO, and at the same time it is separated from it all.

I believe he never cared from the start. Nasu seems like the kind of creative type who loves to explore the same ideas in many different ways. That is perfect if you're making Visual Novels with different routes, but it's chaotic when you want a clear timeline or a semblance of continuity.

Reminds me of the Tenchi Muyo clusterfuck, although in this case the chaos is made by having different authors.

Going back to strange Fake, I started reading the manga again after years and even the episodes already adapted, they already skipped lots of information.

Jack the Ripper can change into animals, plants and even inorganic matter and that was totally absent from the adapted anime section it adapted.

All the exposition and information given about their mythology and historical facts are absent from the anime. Even characterization bits that would ease the new ones into who and what they do were removed.

There is less characterization of all characters when compared to the manga (which is also an adaptation)

I loved that show, was a great watch. Spoil me on the ending of the manga? I will never read it.
Humanity is dead except the boy who's the last human alive. The human characters are just fairies that were convinced they were human to make sweets.

It's not a bad ending and was probably foreshadowed in the anime, but god damn it's sad.

Damn, that's bleak. Much worse than what I assumed by the title and the setting.

It is funny to see tourists saying that Fate/strange Fake is a good place to start Fate when it is without any doubt or question the single WORST place to start of all the franchise. In the first episode you already have a gigantic outside element that anyone who doesn't have the knowledge will just think: blond girl when her existence is already full of mystery on what is she even doing here related to two different series outside of FsF.
Disagree,
Case files is the worst point.
At minimum you need to have least watched or read zero, but there's a good amount of stuff that only gets explained in KnK, Tsukihime, and maybe even Mahoyo.

Nasu has made his own series so complicated and retarded that you quite literally can start it from anywhere and be just fine. Most first episodes use their time to explain everything in one go. Only Nigger Faggots will try and tell you that you HAVE to read all the visual novels first to "truly understand the series" when it's own authors don't because Nasu keeps breaking the rules and changing his mind

Hahahhahaha, guess what, one of the referenced stuff is also case files with Thia Escardos and the students of El Melloi, so even here it is still worse.

I didn't mention the actual worst place that is the special FGO Moonlight/lostroom since that is a prequel to the prequel of the part 2 of FGO.

Guess Narita is the nigger faggot to rule all Gay Africa then, because it isn't just the visual novels, but the light novels, FGO, mangas and other stuff too.

I read 3 volumes of the manga today and they barely started the "true" part of the story with more new characters and they still do

Alcides is the definition of aura farmer, doing it as he dabs on Gil and Rider.

I thought Thia and Flat where both strange fake original characters or more specifically a Fake states night originals. Iirc both Sanda and Narita wrote that as an april fools joke in 08 or 09 and Nasu liked it enough to make it canon because of course he fucking did. I know Case Files was published first as a full series, but SF had a one shot in type moons magazine years before, only thing is I don't think anyone has either uploaded or translated it so I don't think anyone knows how much of the final story is in it.

The April Fools version was translated, I know because I did read it back then when it wasn't made official. The master of saber wasn't Ayaka but Player (You,)

You know things are dire when two animes are named Yuusha Party at the same season.

Everything related to Magic is autistic to the point of not even being fun with how retarded it is. Magic is dozens of rules followed by - if you are skilled/rich/old enough you can ignore X rules whenever you want. Including being physically strong enough to channel magic unknowingly.

And that's before you get into the exponentially increasing cast. I think Strange Fate original episode had some woman doing "just as planned" which is only known by being in some LN.

And the funny thing is all the lore in GO ended up not fucking mattering, which makes me glad I never sunk too much into the rabbit hole (if playing the VN and watching the anime wasn't enough).

was this a narita thing?
because nasu keeps magic not based on myths or old tales vague as fuck

thank christ for that
the greek gods being spaceships and native south american ones being space bacteria are fucking retarded ideas and nasu should stop trying to give such ridiculous explanations to things nobody asked for

It happens with all the Martial Artists that somehow are capable of 1 vs. 1 magicians while unarmed.

Don't forget the Church that is still unexplained.... The whole powerscaling is really fucked since original Fate had magicians be really weak due to technology, but they are still capable of absolutely insane acts on the regular with seemingly 90% being geniuses.

huh?

All we see are the geniuses. Shirou before he realizes he can project Noble Phantasms is supposed to be what an absolute trash know-nothing mage looks like.

The Church is OP because testaments and rites hard counter magic and dead apostles from the concept of human mortality being a mandate by God and death being the only way to find salvation. Also, every supernatural blessing not being from him as inferior demon witchcraft blotted out by true miracles he can bestow.

And Executors just get really fucking buff to help skewer vampires and the like.

Shirou even with his ability to project Noble Phantasms is considered a pretty bad mage as well. He can only do three things, project swords, reinforce those swords and use his reality marble, and he doesn't have the mana to do the shit he does during the holy grail war.

Like Archer heavily implies that he can only use Unlimited Blade Works as a Servant, specifically because he has the mana source to use it, he received the reality marble when he died. Shiro has it earlier, sure, but the only route of the three that he uses it in is UBW, where he has Rin to siphon mana off of, and even then, the Reality marble almost immediately starts falling apart. Sure, he has a reality marble that the spirit of the world doesn't try to destroy, but he doesn't have the mana to maintain it on his own until he becomes a Counter Guardian/Heroic Spirit.

As for Projecting Noble Phantasms, outside of the grail war Shiro can only really project his two swords Kanshou and Bakuya, as well as Rho Ais, anything else would be impractical or overkill, and we also again don't know how many of them he can do before he starts running out of mana.

I also forget to mention that he can't use his Reality Marble around anyone other than Rin because it's seen as close to "true" magic and the Mage association would try to kill and dissect him to figure out how he is able to do it.

you think they'd realize by now magic is an unrecreatable phenomena and more people knowing it decreasing its value makes their existence as an organization an active detriment to the existence of magic
