nah there were reasons presented for why the psychic muscles were bunk. When the track team hulked up they ran through psychic muscle like a freight train because they had built their bodies up on multiple levels and just steamrolled that guy
He could easily make friends with it, and in fact he did do that. He could also protect and enrich his family and friends, which would make them happy. I think he can also get ripped too, one dude used his powers to do that (maybe it's a power exclusive to him).
nah he only made those friends because he refused to abuse his psychic powers to such an extent it rubbed off on them and they heel-face-turned
Oh yeah, because those muscles were "fake", but he could have gotten those muscles, even if it was fake, but the message of the show was basically "you can't beat the real deal".
The reason Mob considers them a burden is because he can't control them. Which ends up hurting people around him. So he wants to do things right by his friends, his family, etc. By doing things without his power. That's not poorly conceived, it all makes sense.
I understand, I just don't think Mob's ideology is realistic.
Aside from the blonde psychic I'm not sure that's true. His master, the umbrella guy, and the girl who was a writer liked him anyway. And whether he abused his powers or not that exercise group would've liked him still.
Idk, he controls them pretty well when he doesn't think his family has been burned to death or his master cut down before his very eyes. And even then he's surprisingly lucid, I wouldn't be.
He didn't think his master was cut down, he protected him.
The narrator said something like he subconsciously transferred his powers to him, but he did think he died for a moment.
The fights were way better, I'll give it that. The teleporting dude was cool as hell, I wanted more like that.
The first season was funny and interesting. I especially liked Reigen, he was a nice balance between mentor and conman. And the "twist" towards the end regarding him was well done and exiting. Cant recall a lot about the second season, but it tried to be too emotional or deconstructed characters or something, which irked me the wrong way.

no way, OPM has plenty of characters to go to. The Garo arc was sick as fuck. There's still plenty of material in King and Genos
Too many characters, I stopped reading partway through the Garo arc because it got a Bleach sized cast that I didn't care about most of it.
