Just want to say Danmachi is going fucking HARD this season. Completely out of left field how they're taking the story. Syr has gone bad bitch Freya mode and I am HERE for it. Even J.C. Staff is pulling overtime in the animation department. It is actually fucking fire. Even compared to former seasons. Watch it faggots.

Why is a VPN necessary for this one? Streaming sites are typically very low risk for users so long as you use an adblocker. Is this one different?
Just looking at it, it looks just like one of those crappy manga pirate sites that you can never tell is real or fake and probably asks you to make an account so it can send you spam mail.

Says to use one if the video player's buffering slowly or the site's not accessible. Might as well just use one anyway because internet providers have been getting antsy over piracy sites as of late. Like Aniwave was operating for years only to suddenly get shut down, coincidentally after Netflix got hacked. Either Netflix is twisting arms or something more sinister is afoot and I'm getting tired of constantly searching for newer sites to watch older anime.

Same, I'm getting pretty tired of finding new ones. With that said, it's a pointless endeavor to go after the pirate sites. I thought it was over when the latest round of bans came, but now there are more sites than ever. The people who actually care about shutting down these sites instead of improving legal streaming are the same kind of people that were the teachers pet in school. I'm not talking the quiet student who got good grades and stayed out off trouble, I'm talking about the snitch that took pleasure in running to the teacher every time you and your friends stepped a toe put of line. These miserable assholes can't stand to see us have fun, so they try to stop us instead of trying to make the methods that make them money more fun than the alternatives.

Pirate sites are necessary because the best anime will probably never be licensed/rescued. Crunchyroll will delete anything that doesn't do mainstream/moe numbers. Most Sunrise anime are not only too expensive to be licensed, but also too obscure to be worth it, so your best bet is if Sentai picks up a show like Galient occasionally (though they recently lost a bunch of shows like Votoms, Dunbine, Xabungle, Ideon, and even LOGH). We'll probably never get most non-GGG Braves or the Muteki trilogy because mecha fans with purchasing power really tend to dislike comedy and cartoony antics (this is why Daltanious is Discotek's worst-selling title), racing shows like Machine Hayabusa and Future GPX are off the table because sports anime (understandably) sell poorly, many shows like Dangard Ace and Grendizer are locked behind exorbitantly expensive pilot movies, shows like MD Geist and Mechander Robo have nonexistent copyright holders, and many OVAs like Super Atragon or Dangaioh are just too obscure to care about. I really hope Sentai is able to license more mecha since they really seem to care about it (they've licensed SUPER obscure stuff like Gold Lightan and Urashiman) and there needs to be a second licensor with a collection of majority above-average shows to successfully rival Crunchyroll, but Sentai seems to always lose these mecha shows because they can't handle rising fees or can't afford to even sub them -- but at least they don't steal fansubs like Crunchyroll does. I swear, Crunchyroll is as money-hungry and bereft of passion for anime as ARR!

I like Danmachi. This obnoxious zoomie-zoom nigger slang you've shat onto the internet turns me off of it so hard that not only will I not watch the new season, I will now pay a back-alley surgeon to remove the parts of my brain that are storing my memories of the previous seasons. You've written a stronger, more effective criticism of anime and its fans than Null ever could.

It was also reported that famed anime art director Yukihiro Shibutani passed away on September 15th at the age of 63 due to a long chronic illness. He helped out on his ideas for art direction on famous titles like Lupin III, Detective Conan and Akira (just to name a few).

Either way, there’s a lot of vets leaving us, as well as Lupin lore.

Playing a remix of the William Tell Overture and the Can-Can during a zombie chase scene with a giant fucking crab.
Oh yeah, I think Dandadan is a certified hood classic already.
It is absolutely bonkers on all the right ways.

The title for the next episode is "Like, Where Are Your Balls?!" and that sounds like it'll be fun. He literally just got his ding-a-ling back is he going to lose his balls now?

Didn't those accusations get retracted?
Daman might've threatened the kid for all we know. Still doesn't change the fact pictures do exist of him being chummy with the guy, like what 19-year-old is friends with a minor who's not a relative?

Pirate sites were and are still necessary if you're into kids anime like Precure, Jewelpet, Pretty Rhythm etc. It wasn't even until Healin Good Precure that Crunchyroll started subbing Precure. In general none of those shows got official subs or were legally released anywhere, you needed to watch fansubs and torrent or stream on other sites.
