who is going to sigh while longingly stroking female king arthur's ass now?
Does rubbing these cheeks count? The entire short video in context.

So I watched The Witch and the Beast and decided to read through the manga since I enjoyed the world and characters and I was really surprised the art was so good. I'm very bummed out that it's been on 2yr hiatus because of the author having health issues.
If author recovers health properly, Amazon lists new volume will be released by the end of this year Novemeber. Or well, just check at the official Kodansha site by that time.
Anime itself was held back by its budget, but story and casting choice definitely help a lot. I still find the part where Guideau crawling with broken legs while Helga crying for not even have her first kiss so funny. Series itself isn't popular, but I'm glad it's good enough to simply search "Ashaf" or "Guideau" for google result.

ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh

edit: Read the leaks. Genuinely I am sick of the 'look it's Character! Character is back!!!' thing that Gege's been doing this entire arc, it's cheap and shitty. This is amping up to be a power of friendship type ending where the three besties beat the bad guy by punching him really hard and honestly yawn. It's undeserved- Nobara's been inactive and basically written out entirely for half the manga's run, Megumi's been catatonic for months- having them all get together at the end isn't impactful because we barely even saw them together.

Everyone was going on about how JJK wasn't like other shounen and isn't afraid to be different but literally it's going to be exactly the same but worse since none of the emotional moments even feel earned. Sukuna nuked Shibuya then beat Gojo and now he's just sitting on his ass getting slowly kicked to death by a bunch of teenagers, it's lame.

Yeah, it's just fan service. At this rate Gojo might return as well. Apparently they're also making a count down for this volume, honestly I hope it's more content because the manga ending in a month would just be shitty.

ugh, manga translators keep putting watermarks and otherwise insisting you use their specific website, but then they keep breakign your watermarks by changing the site, or just outright quietly dropping a manga with no warning so you miss the updates. there's twint chapters of the greatest estate developer I missed, and now I should go through my entire list of bookmarks that haven't updated in a while

If there are four chapters left, and realistically if the gang win then the last chapter will be some kind of epilogue or 'after the action'' type wrap-up, then that leaves three for them to beat sukuna, save megumi, find out what happened with Uraume, and solve the merge. That feels like not enough.

Either that or it really will end on a downer like people used to speculate.

time to learn japanese
that's one way you can get people to remember her name

Shikanoko nokonoko koshitan is peak, I really really love it. Its so enjoyably stupid and I cant stop watching it.
it's like a spiritual successor to Nichijou. Kind of makes me wonder if that show was one earworm away from being a massive success.

That show was one "Kyoani not being insanely greedy with their blu-rays" away from being a success.

Were they jacking up the prices on the blu ray? I never heard about that but it's a real shame if that's why the show flopped post-airing.

LMAO! Gege wants that Team 7 dynamic. Kishimoto (may his self-minecrafting be bliss and peaceful) wins without even trying. God, I hate Naruto with a passion.

So it's a slow anime season and I finally decided to catch up on my white whale, the Bakemonogatari series. Watching it in the novel order this time, which is now possible because unlike last time I tried to catch up the Kizumonogatari movies are actually out. And holy shit, it's almost too bad the series is just known for Toothbrushing and 500 year old loli vampire antics because those movies are phenomenal. Unfortunately, Hanekawa was sending out such powerful wife material vibes that it is going to convince me Araragi is a villain for not picking up on them and falling for literally the first other woman to give him any attention.

Ashita no Joe and Ippo are peak sports manga/anime and nothing else has ever even touched them.

No love for Attack No.1? Granted, the show feels aged and "at the times" due to it being 50+ years old. And it gets little respect, compared to how people literally cream themselves when Haikyuu! came out.

To be fair, Ashita no Joe is ALSO 50+ years old. Most people online nowadays barely watch anything before 2010.
