Fucking A. Even that ending had the MC get together with Pop while Knuckleduster just kept punching people.
Can't help to feel that the dude dropped the biggest fucking ball of all time.
To think that the mangaka of that one is doing a legitimate Marvel manga now, which is genuinely better than whatever MHA had been since a long while.

Horikoshi sounds like enough of a fag to buy into the lie teachers are heroes. What a crock of shit, glad I never got into MHA lol. Sky High really is the better series. :story:
Seems like seeing the tumbirites and twitterfags attracted to this series flies to shit and never being interested was the best course of action.

Has there actually been a decent shipgirl anime?

Just saw Millennium Actress and I have strong suspicion it was made to be Japanese Oscar bait. A movie about celebrating the history of Japanese film tied together by an actress narrating her life story through the frame of the movies she's been in? I suppose it's a pretty good attempt at using an unreliable narrator on film. Probably the weakest Kon Satoshi feature film, though I'd recommend it for Date Night.

"I liked Vigilantes, lets see what this is about!"

*Doctor octopus ends in body of little girl*

Oh Japan, never change...

Though I'm having fun with it, the premise is incredibly stupid but I'm enjoying it and thankfully there isn't any weird creepiness in it. At chapter 5 now and will keep reading.

You guys are missing the My Hero Academia meltdown going on Twitter and other sites right now.

Long story short, the last chapter leaked shows that after One For All's embers ran out, Deku basically gave up on being a superhero and ended up working as a teacher at UA, with Horikoshi trying to make it seem like it's just Deku growing up and passing on his dream to the next generation, while changing the point of the story from "This is how I became the Greatest Hero" to "This is how we became the Greatest Heroes". Everyone who expected Deku and Ochako to get together after the last chapter is disappointed because it's like they never got together and 4chan is running with the joke that Deku's now the janitor. And of course, none of the fujoshi got the pairings they wanted confirmed even if there was no denying either, so there was some butthurt for a while.
If you're writing a story, and you constantly stop your story to call attention to a romance subplot and have your characters moon over each other, you should probably give it some sort of payoff. Everything I read about My Hero Academia these days makes me glad I stopped after the Overhaul arc. The show was pretty entertaining up to that point.

Marvel + anime just makes me think of Heroman. Heroman was fuckin' great.

There is something so irritating about this page. Deku's normal wagie shoes right infront of a figurine of all of the new heroes. Him walking by and seeing all of his classmates out there doing there thing while he is just a plain joe in a suit now. Just why Horikoshi? Honestly, I would've been satisfied with an asspull of him retaining some small embers of OFA and having just superhuman strength, but having to put in more effort and get a better physique from then on out.
Also, how did he fumble the Ochako and Izuku thing so hard? Why did Uraraka bawl so many tears over Toga, a crazy bitch who nearly killed her but didn't put in much effort to go see Izuku? They didn't even confess to eachother or anything, and the class stormed in to ruin the whole moment. It feels like Horikoshi got too skiddish over them having a confirmed pairup because of the unstable Western fanbase sending him potential death threats. Dear God.
Yet another thing, did society just forget that Izuku PWNED Shigaraki, who was basically AFO level? Is he going to be forgotten to the wind as a nobody and have his accomplishments unrecognized?

No, that's just a page from the raws on a korean site.
oh
i was about to ask why you'd bother to learn it when japanese exists if you didn't turn out to be korean
This is possibly about all the anime adaptions recently American IPs are getting like Suicide Squad Isekai (actually pretty good btw), Terminator Zero, Rick & Morty, etc.

It is scary to think if (((they))) migrated from Hollywood to other places tho. Not just for anime, but worldly media in general too.
lord fucking forbid they actually try with western animation
but, what am i saying? they gave up a decade ago and the animated show with the highest budget has the shittiest fucking animation over here, holy shit

If you didn't drop MHA after O MY SEVEN happened, then you're an idiot. The story got progressively worse after the All Might/AFO fight and I'm so glad I didn't bother watching past the third season of the anime because the plot kept getting stupider and stupider by the chapter. I only bothered checking in on it every once in a while to see where the retard train would go next and it definitely delivered.

Regardless, JESUS CHRIST what a terrible ending, even for MHA. Deku gets sent back to square one and spends nearly a decade alone while the rest of his friends go on to become heroes and ghost his ass for eight years before giving him a supersuit that apparently took eight fucking years for all of their combined salaries to afford. The dude saved the fucking country, you're telling me that everyone forgot about him virtually overnight and none of the many gadget/support gear groups bothered to look into him? Shit's wack.

It's weird to finally see it end, but whatever. Waste of perfectly good art too. Hori should've just hired a writer
or switched to drawing porn.
