Orbital Children is a six-episode Netflix series made by some of the staff of Denno Coil. Five of the episodes are on YouTube; they posted #3 twice and left off #5.
Its SF is very solid, but it's complicated and doesn't really start to make sense until the second episode. Personally, I'm not thrilled when a series has to be watched twice, not for nuance or foreshadowing, but to get basic worldbuilding details every character is well aware of.
What are you guys watching for Spring? I think I'm going to only watch Black Butler and The Duke Of Death And His Maid. And since Moonlit Fantasy is going to have 25 eps, I guess that counts too?
I finished Code Geass after having taken a break. No not the movies. But all 50 episodes are done. Fuck man. The ending. The ending made the ridiculousness of season 2, literally going nuclear, worth it. It was a perfect ending, absolute fucking kino.
Seeing these long ass titles will never not be funny to me. Fucking giving out plot summaries with these things. A favorite of mine is "Welcome to the Impregnable Demon King Castle ~The Black Mage Who Got Kicked Out of the Hero Party Due to His Unnecessary Debuffs Gets Welcomed by the Top Brass of the Demon King's Army~"
Black Skin City Gyaru: Expects Valentine's chocolate even though she's earned none, she will never make you any, she buys them from the store.
Lily White Snow Gyaru: Bakes everyone Valentine's chocolate by hand, puts extra love in it for you, cries when she can't make everyone happy.
