I've seen this fucker's videos before. Let's just say that he is fucking DEEP in the shipping community. He tries to play it safe at times so that he doesn't tip the boat a little too much, but he's tried canceling others before, or at least supported their cancelation.

With that being said, the only channels I could ever recommend are PicoTheSpicyWarlord and MrCheese (pretty stupid names, huh?) since they both stick away from anime from 2010 and onwards and are pretty varied in the content that they do. You could tell they really give a shit about the stuff they make and dont make stuff like "THIS ANIME IS PROBLEMATIC?!??!?" which is consisting of 10 minutes of the most forgettable shit you've probably heard regurgitated from another anituber who's the exact same.

Caribou-kun is also very good with solid edits but doesn't really ever upload anymore and I haven't really gotten around to seeing his newer stuff as of recent.

Demolition D+ was the only good anime YouTuber. It’s sad that he had a mental breakdown over signing a bad deal with a managing company that literally did nothing except take thousands in ad revenue from him and now is just streaming drunk occasionally.

The rest are people who are insufferable.

From what I remember he had a stream where he got drunk, admitted that the Machinima like deal he signed did nothing and they wouldn’t dispute strikes, mentioned how he wanted to write pulp fiction, his book didn’t do well (it’s okay), he has a hard time thinking that making videos reviewing shit has worth and that detailing cars contributes more to the world, and he’s waiting for his contract to die if he continues making videos.

That was like 3 years ago and he’s released one video. I think the YouTube partner he signed with still exists as a way to extract ad revenue from old videos. The entire YouTube partnership thing was actually interesting, someone else leaked the basic contract and the Partner aren’t obligated to do anything. They’re a fucking tumor.

The best follow up question to those posts should be what kind of entertainment they see as good, because anything recent is worse from a random mediocre anime in every regard. Besides that, a lot of modern anime I see are made for 30+ guys like me, with more teenage oriented anime being rarer than way back when I started watching anime.

I try not to mention Demo when talking about anitubers because he will probably never make another video again on his channel. His videos are 10/10 though and his streams are cozy and pretty funny.

I thought KamiKatsu was complete shit, I'm gonna have to see this some time soon. The machine thing is way too fucking funny to not be a inhouse joke. The monster thing just looks ugly though.

KamiKatsu is probably the best comedy of this year, it at times even beats Pop Team Epic in terms of Kusoanime Kino. Also, you're wrong. That monster is Gaijyu (literally means "strange monster") & he's cool as fuck due to the majesticity of his shit animation.

Also yes, he's actually an inside joke too because of his bad animation & the ironic yet endearing love he got for it. The mangaka directed the anime himself.
