Are the Muv Luv animes good or should I not waste my time on them?
 
my main grief is that it when relevantly serious show in season 1 to WACKY HIJACKS in season 2. I dropped the show like a hot potato when i got to Izana's clothes malfunction. I'll tolerate wonky animation as long as story picks up the slack. but i am not going to take a mood whiplash like that.

Apparently the first season didn't meet the expectations of what the fans wanted to see.

I read the manga when it was coming out by Viz and I found that much better to get into.
 
Welp, Berserk episode 2 was miles above the first one. Not that that's saying much, but at least the frying pan sound didn't feel mismatched and the CG was less annoying, too.

Though it's still funny how both the best and the worst looking shots of this show have Farnese in them. First she looks like she came straight out of the manga, then she might as well be out of a Poser comic.
 
Yeah, Farnese is pretty well-rendered for the most part, but some shots of her just look odd.
 
Hey anyone see Attack on Trains...err I mean Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress?

Just saw the first episode and it looks pretty dope.
