Why is he full hentai protagonist and we never see his eyes lol?
can't have filthy penishavers in my moeshit reeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

lot of CGDCT either never show them or hide them as much as possible. my favorite example is probably still the OG love live!

He was just such a nice guy I was worried it meant something. Also her parents are young as shit.

I will say, I cannot appreciate Bocchi for the simple fact that I binged it running on 2 hours of sleep- I took off work. It was good but I need to rewatch it, I was basically shitfaced and white knuckling my way though it, which is really sad because Bocchi was really sweet, and a pretty good representation of what it's like to have mental issues.
take a break and then savor it one episode at a time.

She even sung the OP for A Certain Magical Index III

someone posted about her death in the RIP thread and they posted her singing this live.

it's literally the only thing i remember her from, the first ending for the degenerate high school of the dead anime

Well regardless I find it funny that his eyes are hidden, because he's such a great guy, even monetizing her channel for her so she could buy a new guitar

The whole family is autistic and I love it. And yes I will give it another watch, probably with my friend who's a music geek - JoJo's made so much more sense with him- because I barely remember my first watch, I was so damn tired. I do remember the good vibes though.

Just using this place to vent out.

Recently I had the chance to promote a little unknown shows on twitter. It was one of those popular chains.

But, before I hit send I changed my mind as I realized the kind of people that use twitter. You know the same people that bullied Pikamee, and with pronouns in Bio. They were all replying to it.

Maybe there was no chance they could even notice it. Still, I decided that I rather keep that thing I like remain obscure and forgotten than let twitter idiots ruin it for me.

Artist and Character Designer Takahiro Kimura (best known for his work on mobile fighter G Gundam, Gun and Sword, Blood+ and Code Geass) has passed away.

Seeing a little preview blurb about that Sega Mega CD Urusei Yatsura game with a few pictures in a videogame magazine (probably Electronic Gaming Monthly) circa winter 1994 was how I finally learned the name of the anime girl from Matthew Sweet's "I've Been Waiting" music video (and the name of the series she was in). I think I bought the first volume of the Viz manga translation only a month or two later.

A bit related but Jim Cornette talks about Lupin The Third. They should make an anime character based on Vince Russo's design.

And I was just watching Code Geass late last year, too. I’m just shocked that he did artistic work for Blood+.

His designs look really unique for his time.

Eh, it's pretty normal not to do full face reveals for fathers in some slice-of-life manga.

Like, in WataMote, Tomoko's father really only makes a couple of appearances. In one chapter, when he finds Tomoko asleep and puts her to bed, you only see the bottom half of his face, and, in a much later chapter, he takes Tomoko fishing and you get a big reveal in the rear-view mirror of the car that his eyes are very similar to Tomoko's, and also to her younger brother Tomoki (but still without showing his full face).
Also a lot men hate male VAs in the CGDCT SoL
Kills their boner

What site do you use for reading manga? I used to use Mangadex before their hack but havent been back since. Mangabuddy has been a pretty good replacement but didn't know if there was a faster/better one.

Just finished Zeta Gundam, do I have to watch ZZ in order to get to CCA or could I skip over it? I heard it wasn't all that liked and the tone is drastically different from Zeta.

This reminds me that I seriously need to watch more Urusei Yatsura. Despite loving Takahashi work I've somehow only seen the first episode and the movie Beautiful Dreamer (aka the one that dropped acid in the third act).

Ranma 1/2 is still my favorite work of Takahashi's, closely followed by Mermaid Saga. Unpopular opinion but I always felt Inu-Yasha was a Jump the Shark moment for her--its still a good series, but its so prosaic compared to her previous efforts and even blatantly recycles ideas from her earlier stories like Fire Tripper.

I've been meaning to do a long spergpost about how great Ranma is but I just haven't been in the right mindset.
