Renai Flops? That's the one I see from searching around comments. At least it's not depressing via NTR.
But waiting 2/3 of the season to get interesting is not a smart play.
oreimo did it in the last episode.

good reason to only watch some stuff after everything has aired. might "spoil" the twist, but if the twist is shit or retarded it's not really a loss.

That’s the one. Though “all the girls in your harem are fake and an A.I. based on your dead childhood friend and you’ve been unaware in a simulation for 6 months” might be considered just a higher level of NTR.
That reminds me of the abrupt ending of the Golden Boy manga.

What's going on here?
An abrupt ending to the series that doesn't make much sense. I'm guessing the manga got the axe, despite having a second series.
Something about a vr cult that shows people their fantasies in order to brainwash them. Kintaro's remembers his first love and some misunderstanding they both had that made them want to cheat and it just fades to black with no explanation.

Golden boy manga was so terrible, I still cant believe that the guy made a sex scene spanning more than one entire volume.

I didnt even remember the end to be honest, I just thought the manga went to shit after some time.

Also talking again about saint seiya, Ray Mona released a documentary about the saint seiya american cartoon/live action series done by burgers in the 90s.

It was possibly the first time americans went to ruin saint seiya with their bullshit.

- this 90s series pilot
- the netflix 3d cg show with genderbending shun because no womyn
- live action 2023 (tentative in progress)

It isnt even a matter of foreigners doing it, french and chinese already adapted it in comics or games with satisfactory results, why do americans have to ruin everything they touch?

Yeah I've heard the manga went off the rails and not in a good way. The dude also has a huge complex or something, he's like eternally butthurt someone younger and less experienced than him got his pirate manga more popular and successful than any of his own series without even "trying".

Watched One Piece Red with my brother. As a person who never seen the show and only know of it from drama and memes it was overall easy to follow. The cast of the film was insane with over 50+ named characters and I ended up feeling it had less fighting and more like watching a YouTube clip of Project X Zone special moves:
While being overall the standard shonen film it starts pretty saccharine but gets dark, wish there was no idol dancing bullshit.

Overall it was fun but it would have been preferable to only focus on the main crew or even a subset of it.

The sequel just recently got scanlated like 2 months ago, and the 3rd chapter just got released a few days ago. Good pace imo. So far, it's just meh, but I'm willing to drudge through it.

Isn't the reason it never took off in the US because the dub they did under "Knights of the Zodiac" really terrible even for its day and it cut a bunch of stuff and only had 26 episodes?

I'd almost watch the whole thing but I remember like 10 years ago the English subs were so bad (cleaned up HK subs) that I had an easier time with using my high school French to watch those subs instead.

I’ve been slacking for honestly a couple of days, but tonight I’m officially watching Code Geass without interruptions. If anything, just simply watching the entirety of the anime is going to remind me of the time I watched Neon Genesis Evangelion in its entirety just three years ago — anime and movie series in all (with the exception of the recent NGE Rebuild movies that came out).

Either way, wish me luck!

I honestly don't know how to feel about this one.
Gonna be a Disney excusive so probably shit, but the fact that its Tezuka work kinda makes me laugh over the old kimba myth and boths rocky relationship with Miyazaki.

The iDOLM@STER series will finally be releasing their music on Streaming sites. SideM and Shiny Colors are already available now, and Cinderella Girls music will be released on Streaming sites on December 7.

I do wonder how much more people will be drawn to that franchise, given that they haven't focused on the Western market for the most part, compared to how other Idol Anime series (namely Love Live!) have done that.
