It looks like JoJo part 4 is going to be released on April 1st. The 2nd PV trailer will be released on March 21st

Of course, I have my doubts about the April 1st release date. Although, it's not too far fetched since April Fools will be on a Friday
HYPE IS ON NOW

I need to see this. I heard its the guy's best film so far and I seen usually good reactions around it.

So far, besides the Digimon Movie (which I was surprised to find out was done by him as well. Kinda explains why the Summer Wars trailer gave off the same kind of vibe) it's the only one of his movies I've seen. From what I've heard, "The Girl Who Lept Through Time" is also really good.

I don't know if I can wait a whole week for the next (and possibly last) Osomatsu-san episode.

So, the Twitter account for the Drifters anime just posted this:
And all I can decipher is that we'll get more info on March 26th/27th.

Toonami's going to be co-producing two new seasons of FLCL, 6 episodes per season.

YEEEEEEEEE

In other news, another ONE manga's getting an anime adaptation:

Hey people. I started watching neon genesis evangelion quite a while ago but lost interest and stopped. I want to try again but need advice on what the best/most complete DVD release is. Same for the movies. Also, watching order that makes the most sense? Thank you all.

I haven't seen the third movie but the fourth's on the way and I know it's pretty much like the revisioned ending so I'd just recommend watching the movies. Eva really falls apart in its last two episodes, so honestly there's not much missing with its ending being changed.

I've seen all of the rebuild of evangelion movies, including the third (disappointing compared to the first two) What I was asking about specifically is the original television series + the movies than concluded those. It looks like there are different releases of these and I wanted to know which versions have the best picture quality, uncut/unedited episodes ecetera.

The only movie you need to worry about is End of Evangelion. Death is a recap and Rebirth is just the first half of EoE. You don't have to worry about edited versions of Eva, it never made it to TV in the US. As for the best picture quality, etc. I know nothing about those.

It was on Adult Swim at one point. That's how I watched it and ended up disappointed with the ending because it was only on at like 1-2 AM and I wrecked my sleep schedule just to watch it.

Oh hey, looks like I was wrong. I knew they showed a few episodes for Giant Robot Week, but I didn't know they aired the entire thing a few years later.

Did you not feel properly appreciated for staying up that late? Did you want someone at Adult Swim to personally congratulate you?

I admit, on it's own the ending sucks. But when paired with EoE it makes a lot more sense.

Well, no, I didn't, I just expected the last two episodes to be more than psychological babble crap that a 13 year old :coster: found completely unengaging, especially because of how much of an overall disconnect it became from the rest of the series.
