Reincarnated as a Sword is the story of a man proudly watching over his adopted daughter as she takes his teachings & support and grows stronger from it.
 
I dunno why Spy x Family got popular but it's nice to see a budget increase for once. And I'll admit that rubber chicken song or whatever people were for some reason excited about did turn out to be kinda goovy

I kinda liked the first opening more, having cuts between Anya's cartoonish world and the more realistic world of the adults just fit the show a lot more.
 
Ya. The new ending is neat though.
Edit: I'm also digging the current focus on actual spy action but I'm sure it'll go back to cutesy pablum soon enough

PS: Spy x Family is cringe. There are shows in Discovery Kids less embarrassing to watch.
 
Pop Team Epic season 2 is really good so far. The production budget seems to have gotten a decent increase. (Which they point out a couple times so far)

Really have grown to appreciate and love the the series a lot. It isn’t just a massive shitpost, it’s a celebration of the animation medium as a whole. Stuff like the Hellshake Yano skit is just glorious.

Probably the busiest season I've had in a while. Might drop Yatsura since I've seen most of the original but I ended up enjoying the Tokyo Mew Mew remake so not all remakes are at Sailor Moon Crystal levels

I've almost completely stopped watching anime and mostly just read manga nowadays. Now I'm watching Bleach, CSM, Mob Psycho and just now getting to Edgerunners, after not watching anything since Attack on Titan. This is a good season. Felt good to see Bleach after all these years. I hope they make enough changes in the final arc to make sense of Kubos nonsense, but as long as they clean up the ending I'll accept it.

IIRC, it has been said some time ago (I'm too lazy to pull out where) that the anime will be a bit different in some places from the manga. Also, it might be 52 episodes with multiple cours. There's also something about adapting the novels (which I heard are canon).

I recommend these two:
Shinobi no Ittoki - I enjoyed the first 2 episodes. Something to look forward to?
Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute! - Chuuni gets isekai'd creating a huge conspiracy in the process as an anti-hero

I'd recommend Iruma if you already watched the previous seasons or read the manga. It's big in Japan for a reason! Are you sure about Yowamushi Pedal though? Although it is yaoibait, it's also big in Japan and Midousuji makes it a fun watch.
