Man, they really will just hold on to anything, don't they. That's nuts.
It used to be - and it may still be - that you have to deposit a copy of something to copyright it. There may be marvelous things in there that we will probably never know about (because unless you have the copyright owner's permission, you're going to be in deep shit if you leak that stuff).

I've been enjoying Akane Banashi a lot and I felt pretty damn happy at seeing it get the cover page for WSJ #38. Shit's cute and a comfy weekly read that somehow makes a rakugo amateur tournament into something pretty interesting. I'm biased though since I like series about niche hobbies or interests where the author can sperg to their heart's content about something they really love.

Pretty standard of this place.

One of the great things about manga is that so much of it is about genuinely Liking Things, and not being ashamed to admit it or feeling like you have to bury your enjoyment under 15 layers of irony.

God damn it. It's been most of a decade since the last season of The Breaker, and when season 3 finally comes out it's in this shitty webtoon strip format.

You know, looking into all the extra Eureka 7 content, it’s kinda amazing how almost every single new iteration, save for a couple movies, have Renton almost completely removed from the story for one reason or another.

Holy Hell. Fuuto PI's animation was just insanely good this week. The last few episodes have looked really nice, but they really knocked it out of the park this week.

Pretty much everyone from the original series gets all kinds of fucked over. As one of the four people on the planet who likes the two PS2 games, I was pretty bummed to see Sumner and Ruri's depictions in that last Hi-Evolution movie. Shit sucked.

I actually did enjoy the first movie Eureka 7 ever did. It made it clear it was an AU from the start, Charles and Ray were Renton’s real parents, and the twist was Renton’s action from the last episode kinda caused what happened in the movie’s plot to happen. Only thing is some members of Gekkostates alternative selves(the whole group were laboratory kids that were hyper aging or something, as I recall) were a little…less than savory, let’s say. Specifically the three that were going to rape Eureka before Nirvashed smashed them to paste.
