Rewatched all of Eureka Seven over the past few days, it still holds up pretty well. I forgot how much of an annoying little shit Renton was but even then I felt bad for the kid because everyone on that ship was treating him like trash. Though it does lead to my favorite part of the show where he meets Ray and Charles and they adopt him as their own before everything goes to shit again.

I really enjoyed the ending though, so it baffles me that Bones has spent the past 15 or so years actively ruining the ending with every iteration. I think at this point the lore is that the real Eureka accidently killed Renton and then somehow created a bunch of fake realities, one of which was the original anime.

Regardless of the trash that E7 has turned into, the OG series still holds up pretty well and that OST is still amazing.

I've gotten into the dub for Classroom of the Elite, it's a pretty fun show so far where they do a good job of changing up how much you hate or like any character in the show as there are plenty of twists. I'm not a fan of the setting though, it would be nice if there were more shows like this in a company or office setting instead of a high school, though that's probably because the setting lets them fuck around with scenarios more.

gonna watch the Kizu trilogy next probably
You can, though the film adaptation came out later than it did in the original LN run (where it was the first book written after the first Bakemonogatari miniseries), and the studio directed Nisemonogatari and the first Nekomonogatari series with the assumption that the viewer hadn't yet seen Kizumonogatari. I don't think it'll make a big difference, though.

This is an interesting manga: In Case of a Dispute, Contact Hatta
When ethnicities, languages and thoughts mingle together, there's no way of avoiding conflicts. Now of course, if you change your place of residence, the nature of conflicts that occur will also change! Therefore, Hatta Yuri a geopolitical risk consultant tries to solve the ethnic problems in Southeast Asia, the terrible incidents that occur in Africa, and the corporate problems that occur in Europe!? The story follows Hatta Yuri, a geopolitical risk consultant who travels around the world solving problems.

EVERY SINGLE MISSLE HIT THE TARGETTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

Real talk tho I still wanna know why they had to Ideon the cast of Evangelion. Like....it doesn't make sense to me because ugh....Misato and Ritsuko didn't deserve that. I've heard many different theories;

Anno was mad at fans and blah blah death threats (despite that we see the corpses in the finale but they're brief flashes)

Anno killed the deutragonist Misato to show he wasn't fucking around.

Whats even more interesting to me is that people don't know what Gendo said to Ritsuko. Yuriko Yamaguchi knows. Not sure on Gendos actor tho.

The instrumentals for the first opening is a banger. It could easily be in the Ace Combat arcade section as a track.

I would recommend anyone to just watch the 50 episode series.

The official statement is not that the microphone shat itself right when Gendo was telling Ritsuko something but that he told Yamaguchi something rather privately from the others and caught the recording of her saying into the mic "Usotsuki!" However, it may just be something as obvious of Anno purposefully cutting the mic during the scene's recording and turned it back on when it was Yamaguchi's turn to speak. It's just like him to pull something like that.

The manga reads like it was written by a deranged SJW. Because all Irish Nationalists are literally Neo-Nazis who are angry there are brown people in England don't you know?

This one always got me super hyped up as a teenager.

Thinking back on it, Renton sure did go through a lot of shit to finally get the girl, so to speak. That stuff with Charles and Ray really sucked in how tragic it ended up being.

Does this guy even know Dragonball has a big African American following? I remember when reaction videos for Super were being put out about half of them were black people, maybe more. He probably thinks most anime fans are white neckbeards.
