The one negative I can see from Trigger adapting DM is most of there anime seems like they have ADHD.
Everything is either in motion, blasting some type of music/character shouting, shot at a strange angle like its discount shaft, or all of the above. It leaves very little room for breathing room which DM kinda needs especially when they sit down and cook something.
Granted I haven't seen every trigger show and I think I recall gridman having some quieter moments so its probably a nothing burger of a complaint.

Point is if the old PV is something to go by and if they don't try to make Imaishi direct it it should be good.

Imaishi probably has his hands full with PSG season 2 so I don't think he'll be directing it or at least not having as much control as with other TRIGGER projects.

Late but Bakucuck dying won't get me to start reading BNHA again but it's the best turn the story could've taken next to killing prime annoyance Decuck himself.

Last week's Utawarerumono episode was kino. They took a great scene in the VN and made absolutely perfect animated version full episode of it.

I'd still highly recommend the VN due to having actually really good tactics RPG gameplay that makes most stages be more of a puzzle than a meat grinder.

Oh hey, I just picked up Utawarerumono on Steam last week. Only 6 hours in, but it's good shit! I wasn't even aware that there was an anime tbh.

Which one? The first one (in Tuskur) I'd actually recommend the anime since it's a straight 1:1 adaption and the combat system is still not as good. The second one is worse than the VN (especially as they fuck up a major moment in the end).

I picked up the first one on sale. I actually don't think the combat system is too bad, but that could just be because SRPGs made up a huge part of my childhood and this game's ignites a nostalgic feeling in me as a result.

I finished Chainsaw Man and I would recommend it. I didn't expect to like it as much as I did because for some reason the AOT speds flocked over too it, but it was well written, pretty hardcore, and has some scenes that were really impactful in ways that are hard to do in manga.

I remember the same AOT fans surprisingly did the same thing to Jujutsu Kaisen when the original series was on the verge of wrapping up its story. Now fast forward almost a few years later, it’s one of the all time best selling manga series out there.

I can expect Chainsaw Man to get the same kind of treatment JK received, even though it’s a much better story.

I only found out about Chainsaw Man because of the hype around the anime and some really cool art that was posted on IFunny, because I live under a rock.

So I saw a troons getting giddy over this trailer so I decided to read a few chapters of the manga.

It's about an otaku who Wakes up as girl due to his sister experiment.it doesn't explore the idea of being trans, it's just their for the author piss fetish and ecchi moments.

So troons are going to be disappointed.
