That is to say I'm 95% sure Tsukushi is wearing a rubber fat man disguise in his public appearances and on that basis I'm not going to fall for the ploy and think too hard about his fetishes
 

Speaking of which, this one was one of the best surprise romance/comedy anime(s) to come out this year. I like these kinds of stories where Good MC and Bad MC secretly love each other, but have to pretend to fight each other for their respective homelands and what not.

I couldnt agree more. LAWD was so funny and full of fanservice. I love action anime like Attack On Titan and Vinland Saga. But every now and then I'll watch The Duke of Death and His Maid and My Dress Up Darling. Romance and action anime are great, Love After World Domination and Skeleton Knight In Another World were so fucking awesome both 10/10 animes that did it for me for the Spring Season. This Summer Season Ill try to see DanMachi, Devil is a part timer and that one vampire anime. Its crazy how good anime is, from Action to Romance. Anime fucking rules.

Check out Somali and the Forest Spirit. If you liked Made in Abyss, this is a good recommendation and relatively tame compared to Abyss. I absolutely adored this show. It's a world where monsters have taken over and humans are thought to have been extinct but a forest deity find a girl in shackles and she calls him dad. Confused by her presence and her calling him father, they both go out trying to find answers about her prescense all while trying to hide the fact she's a human.

Also, try Hakumei and Mikochi. It's a mix of fantasy, slice of life and iyashikei about two girls that live in a tree in a fantastical world and their daily adventures.

Tsukushi's pixiv also is pretty interesting. Bondrewd was basically made when he deep dived into Bloodborne. Dude... Tsukushi's a degenerate. Just check his Twitter, and you'll notice all the NSFW shit of his characters. The current anime arc's amazing though imo. Yes, I've also read the manga.

I never checked but I guessed as much. Too much pee and torture involved to be innocent. That and the Nanachi smell chart.

It's a shame he makes it weird, because I'd recommend the series to some people if it weren't for the obvious fetish shit.

He is, but he makes a good story. I just find the bit about his mother picking out his clothing for press events funny when she knows about what he writes about.
