I'd find it neat if they made a trashy wish fulfilment isekai harem aimed at weeb chicks. I guess Titan's bride is the closest they got to that but it's not the same thing.
They do, they just don't tend to get adapted as much. There's also a lot of korean ones.

You didn't see vid related making the rounds?

They do, in fact they have any entire sub genre of "female otaku gets reborn in the otome game they where obsessed with".
The only one to get an anime adaptation so far was one Destruction Flag Otome (had a longer name, not gonna type it) a few years ago where the MC got reincarnated as the rival character and I think there's another one or two with almost the exact same premise in the works (and I think one of them is another manhwa adaptation to ride that trend).

Trashy isekai aimed at women is made for prime time. A real show airing on premium cable channel, Starz, has this as its premise.

After serving as a British Army nurse in World War II, Claire Randall is enjoying a second honeymoon in Scotland with husband Frank, an MI6 officer looking forward to a new career as an Oxford historian. Suddenly, Claire is transported to 1743 and into a mysterious world where her freedom and life are threatened. To survive, she marries Jamie Fraser, a strapping Scots warrior with a complicated past and a disarming sense of humour. A passionate relationship ensues, and Claire is caught between two vastly different men in two inharmonious lives. `Outlander' is adapted from the best-selling books by Diana Gabaldon.

When I meant trashy I just meant the whole "Using questionable means to get what they want" trope and more extreme fanservice. I know about destruction flag otome but the joke got kinda old after a while. I also watched other female isekai like the one about an office lady who becomes an OP healer and the book girl one but I found it kinda dull, like I was a tween again watching Uta no prince sama. I understand that most people in that demographic are just fine with it, though.

"i like kill la kill but why doesnt it take place in college why sexualized highschoolers"
So much normie shit to watch & these guys refuse. They like "problematic" shit and refuse to admit it.
Because they're not tards who would watch just anything while high on pot. 90% of everything is shit. Or: "Serviceable. Fairly entertaining. 7 out of 10 I guess."

So when there's a show that's good and would be perfect but for the dumb plot point / gross fetish / annoying voice, normal people still watch it (and complain).

Kill La Kill has an awesome visual style (one of the few I can tolerate). I'm a normie, I don't know any other anime with that style, hell I don't know any other anime with a cast of superpowered women who aren't gross fatties. If you have a recommendation, I'm all ears. But it would still be a bad argument, because normies can't be blamed for reacting to what's popular.

(ctrl-entered too soon, fucking rocketchat)

Anything by Trigger and a lot of stuff by Gainax. You can probably find more stuff by checking animators and directors involved.

Personally, I'm getting tired of it especially after BNA, Promare, and the Star Wars short. Its just an obnoxious style for normalfags to froth over.

There's anime about superpowered women who are fat?

Anyway, for every Kil la Kill there's usually a less extreme version out there, issue is it tends to be less extreme.

Found these on Tiktok. Removed the logo and cringe sound.

Source.
For what is essentially a twitter comic, the green backgrounds make it stand out.

watching the first episode of biscuit hammer and less than 10 minutes in, they already changed and censored a funny scene.

god, i hate nu-anime.

"edit" of course, they censored the princess pantyshot and joke as well, completely skipping it.

"edit2" other than that, it was not a bad episode. i thought i was gonna hate yhuui voice at first but its already growing on me.

To add to more interesting summer animes, Drugstore in Another World looks to be another fun and good series. Classic isekai with op main character who doesn't know about his op powers. It's starting off strong but we shall see if it holds momentum.

It was a very tough battle for the Upper House election, which I faced without a support group. The result was about 530,000 votes, and he was the top winner among the proportional candidates of all political parties. Thanks to each and every one of you who supported Ken Akamatsu. In order to respond to this mandate, we will strive to realize the promises we have made from today. Thank you very much.

The ghost of Shinzo Abe has blessed Ken. Congrats to him for making this a reality. I’m wishing him nothing but luck.

Also, here’s a couple of photos of what Ken’s campaign office looks like:

Maybe it will change soon, since the creator of Negima aka NOT Harry Potter + harem won a political seat

I didn't know Utawarerumono: The Two Hakuros got an adaption, I binged the first 3 episodes and it's actually pretty good, faithful to the source material with good pacing, though not a lot of time for all the character interactions (but some memorable ones, poor Nekone) and subpar fight scenes. Judging from where they got to it will likely be 26 episodes.

Also I'm happy they left the poop soul scene
