I mean that seems like an entertaining premise where a protagonists is literally insane due to some bullshit trauma and hunting a supernatural killer. Have the protagonists mind be a group therapy session and slowly as he fucks up the chairs become empty, but he's more levelheaded because the trauma he's clinging onto is purged from his conscious and subconscious mind. We might have a shitty pulp comic on our hands.

Superfluous conflict would be his imaginary friend personality that was created when the main character was abused being afraid of dying, but ultimately fulfilling it's role by giving it's identity in order to protect the protagonist, you'd probably have to make it some kinda superhero or cowboy kinda guy to really manipulate peoples emotions because of how pathetic the protagonist would have to be. Issue is do you want to go the route of the cops being oblivious to the supernatural or some gay secret society bullshit or just the fact that magic is more or less a lost art that the authorities are aware of, but it's ultimately less useful than a gun.

EDIT: You could probably play that each personality was created to cope with something. Superhero/ Cowboy was to escape early childhood trauma, Thugish guy for prison, servile asskisser for keeping a job after getting out of prison. You'd be basically be copying shit like Split, Death Note, Jekyl/Hyde, and other bullshit. If I was good at writing dialogue I'd probably do this in my spare time between looking for a 2nd job.
You should look into MPD Psycho.

It's not exactly what you're talking about, but it IS about a guy who is literally insane due to some bullshit trauma and hunting killers, where he has a bunch of different personalities he takes on based on what's happening.

"i like this harem anime but why does this guy have to get sexually harassed"

"i like kill la kill but why doesnt it take place in college why sexualized highschoolers"

So much normie shit to watch & these guys refuse. They like "problematic" shit and refuse to admit it.

People say "these are fake fans they want to subvert" , no they legit like the shows they complain about, which they do complain about because they are insecure.

"why does the harem anime have problematic stuff, why does kill la kill have problematic stuff", they always gravitate towards shows with obvious waifu content or sexual content or both.

This oneshot is amazing! Just look at the details... It's called Yuugatou (Like Moth to Light).

If you like Usamaru Furuya, then this is for you because this manga is definitely inspired by him.

What do people think about the new Trigun? New art style is shitty, but the animation quality seems like it will be good at least. My expectations are rock bottom though, especially considering it was never among my favorites to begin with.

My god is this nigger so fucking insufferable. I watched the whole fucking thing. 20 mins of monkey noises.

Hes not just a nigger but also a faggot. Like any guy who complains about fan service (hot women) in an anime is just a fucking gayass homosexual. Like, you have to be a penis lover to complain about boobs in anime. Having girls in anime is a good thing, Its one of the main reasons why I love Fire Force. He is the definition of an SJW snowflake who has "they/them" pronouns. His OC is a furfag anime nigger cat. And like any anime leftist, he complains about K-ON fans being racist. Who gives a shit if someones racist? Maybe dont act like a fucking monkey and no one will call you a vine swinger.

And his comments are so cringe, they keep using the word "cishet" what the fuck is that? Something to do with cisgender??? You mean normal??? U retards???

Im done with my rant, gonna watch Thomas Sowell (a smart nigga) videos to raise my IQ after watching that braindead spook's video.
Idk, excessive fan service can hamper my enjoyment of a series, personally. I won't really complain about it, it's just a personal preference for it to be used sparingly. The exception is genuinely humorous use of it, like in Rumiko Takahashi stuff.

Excessive fan service in a show that's not labeled an ecchi can be distracting and will dock points, I totally agree. Code Geass' second season slapped on fanservice so blatantly to try and make up for its short-comings that if it wasn't already so over-the-top, it probably would've been criticized for it more. Actually, it's quite insane how you can barely find merchandise or supplement artwork of the female characters that's not fanservicey in nature, though even the male characters aren't immune from it. Higurashi is like that, too, but not as egregious and it knows when to tone down the fanservice moments in-series.

The CG instantly puts me off and I don’t like the modernized character designs. It also seems like they’re going for a more serious tone and I’m not big on that either. Overall I’m not impressed and won’t be expecting much at all.

It could do with being a bit more serious, I think. It never really struck the right balance for me. The show had bipolar disorder. But then they match that more serious tone with a more cartoony look, that's counterproductive. I question their direction.

I don't know if Japan is cursed now, or this is very bad timing, but three of the original Liella! members were involved in a car accident:

Fortunately, Sayuri Date and Naomi Payton were not injured in the crash, although Liyuu did get some minor bruising from that accident.

What I do wonder is if the other car crashed on purpose in a manslaughter attempt, given how the Chinese community had massively negative reactions to the four additional members of Liella!, or if it involved a Tesla with autopilot on, due to the numerous reports of Teslas with autopilot crashing.

I saw this earlier in the morning as well. Hopefully the minor bruising does not affect their ability to dance. It would have been worse if they were injured to the point where they could not sing anymore.

The outfit change bugs the hell out of me more than anything.

It's called virtue signaling. Just look at the responses that one guy got for making those videos about not caring and how most of the 'waifu bait' women at 14-17 years old canonically and you'll see exactly why the people who made posts like that Joey guy are retarded.

On topic, just finished Spy X Family. Dodging Yor's personal time and introducing the dog in the OP/ED for only 20 seconds in 'season 1' is kinda weird, but I still had fun with the show. Guess it's time to go read the manga, because I'm not waiting for that shit to come back in fall.

This season I am watching Lycoris Recoil. I like it.

On a side note, Chainsaw man resumes in a few days with a timeskip and PV 2 drops August the 7th.

Well, if only I didn’t jinx myself, but it happened @Thiletonomics

Thankfully, the members in question—including voice actors Sayuri Date (Kanon Shibuya), Liyuu (Tang Keke) and Naomi Payton (Sumire Heanna)—only sustained minor injuries such as bruising. The accident occurred while they were taking a taxi, and despite the fact that they’ve received the necessary care they have decided to suspend some of their activities. This includes the cancellation of the Love Live! Superstar!! live broadcast.

To fill in the gap, the official YouTube channel will release all 12 episodes of the first season along with a new trailer for the second on July 9. The July 17 premiere date for season two has not been affected.

Either way, I’m wishing them a healthy and speedy recovery, even if the injuries are minor. Japan has had a rough week considering all the happenings that are ongoing in one of their popular cities.
