I surprised there still around in the US cause last time I checked the only thing they where doing is publishing disney tie in manga.

What's funny is, when they actually tried to make something good, it wasn't the worst. I've heard Onyx Equinox is actually pretty good. It's most of their other shows they produced was shit.

Dont forget about DanMachi S4. Also, Spring was'nt too bad imo. I think Skeleton Knight in Another World and Love After World Domination saved the Spring season. Well it did for me at least. Winter 2022 was also ok. Only JoJo, Attack on Titan and My Dress Up Darling were interesting for me.

So the first episode of Made in Abyss S2 dropped today, however I refuse to watch airing animes until they're completed so I don't get blueballed if I watch too fast. All I want to know is, was it good?

Honestly, I wouldn't even mind it in Gate if it was a Russian Commander who sees a Black Spec Ops guy and connects it to the Americans just so it could reference this joke:

Its the generic anime flavor of the month. Will be forgotten by everyone in a few months just like Darling in the franxx was.

I don't think people are going to be disappointed with Spy x Family like they were with Franxx. It's significantly less ambitious, meaning it's significantly harder to fuck up. Everything I've seen in the manga to date has been fairly consistent in quality.
