Fellow translators defend Seven Seas, feat a tranny coping (MtF) and this Meru person I keep noticing everytime there is localization/translation drama.

There also from people leaning left (pronouns in twitter profile kind and politics retweet) agree with the translation criticism, an EN translator for Nikkei and a Japanese literary translator. The latter is trans (FtM) unlike the previous one above, so this translation/localization drama really takes off.

It's good to see some reasonable left-leaning people kinda shitting on this. I have a gay friend (Who is actually really cool in the realm of alphabet people) who is just super flamboyant and legitimately really feminine looking. Like just naturally really low T and always had just very girly interests and fashion taste. He gets bothered about even progressive takes on dudes who just enjoy being feminine. Trannies legitimately push people like him to troon out and can't handle a guy who's not masculine, but still identifies as being a guy.

Not surprised it's Seven Seas. Again. They don't keep their employees on a very tight leash. It was them who had the translator go apeshit and take out whole paragraphs and pages from some LN because she thought the content in it was "problematic." Like, I'm a giant weab and I love to buy weird weaboo stuff. I won't buy it if I know the translation is garbage and generally altered to fit some bugman's idea of what's fine.

Fourteen is a... truly bizarre experience. No, I don't think you understand what extend of uncontrolled madness I'm talking about. Fourteen goes from humanoid KFC byproduct equipped with genius mind and militant approach towards humanity, through world-wide conspiracy covering up apocalypse with the power of soap-opera to a loli with a laser gun taking over a giant mechanical T-Rex in space.

I've read the first volune when i was 16 and dropped. It was too weird even for me back then
 
As I keep reading dragon ball GT, I was wondering who did it, since the only GT comics officially were the anime comics. But guess who did the manga? The fucking chinks.
There are 20 volumes, the english translations cover up to chapter 51, I don't think they will cover all stuff but so far its been quite enjoyable.

Reading the next series of dragon ball heroes and then suddenly it becomes DBGT with Pan, Goku and Trunks in a group again. Which is strange since Vegeta and Goku can turn into SSJ4 but this story technically didn't happen yet.

This reminds me that I've been procrastinating on reading DBH manga series. I've heard it's pretty good too, specially compared to the anime.

Thanks. I don't particularly mind watching the original Gundam as well as Zeta, I'm not really in any rush and I want to get the best version of those entries in the series.

So Boy’s Abyss in a nutshell is some woman being a BPD whore who actually got whored out having such a huge woman moment that it causes a miasma to emit from her and poison those around her. Her son somehow inherits her woman moment and acts as a catalysts to cause other woman moments.

Sensei is pretty cute ngl.
 
I’m halfway in with Sonny Boy. Very interesting premise. I just can’t believe it came out last year because I got the impression that it was somewhat older. What are your guys’ thoughts?

I also got sucked back in the Spy x Family train. It’s very amusing and cuter than I thought it was. Is it true that it’s made by the same guy who created AOT?

Spice x Wolf is another I’ve been watching on and off this past month. It got suggested to me after I finished Elfen Lied. I guess I like it. It’s pretty wholesome.

I'm caught up on it and rather like it. Every single character is completely retarded and crazy though. I'll excuse it for the high schoolers, but everyone else needs a tad more sanity.
