I love Nico Robin. Like, :heart-full:.

Her whole story was basically like mine, how everywhere we'd go, circumstances always arise to make us need to move again… I'll never forget when I saw her first ending credits…

All I could think of was "I share your pain…"

But anyway, the whole storytelling is just amazing, and its great how events that have taken place a long time ago, can become intertwined into the story at any given moment. Like on Enies Lobby, when Ussop had gotten the Giants to understand they've been tricked, since he had met their bosses himself, and had made them his heroes.
Robin is such an amazing character, I enjoyed her backstory as much as Chopper's.

I was completely surprised to see Kindaichi get another anime adaption. It's my favorite detective manga and I think it's highly underrated. A shame that the first arc they started with was a mediocre case though.

I'll never understand why One Piece is so popular. It seems so stupid to me. :|

I feel the same way. I'll throw Naruto and Bleach on the "fuck that" pile too.

For reasons I can't really explain, I've been getting back into anime in a way I haven't been since I was a kid.

On my to-watch list:
Space Dandy (episodes 7-13)
Kara No Kyokai movies (only watched the first one thus far)
The Mardock Scramble movies
King of Beast Go-Lion
Sword of the Stranger
Getter Robo
Redline
Gundam Unicorn

So yeah, a pretty eclectic blend of stuff.

I shall recomend you to watch Mobile Suit Gundam 00 before watching Unicorn. Trust me, I'm a Gunpla builder. ;)

Also, you guys who enjoy JoJo should check on this video:

As someone who enjoys Jojo, I can tell you that was bad and you should feel bad for posting it.

I like Hunter x Hunter but haven't been able to watch it for quite awhile.

Knuckle is my favorite character for no better reason than he is ridiculous and pretty cool.

Season Zero is awesome! At first I was a little hesitant to watch it due to its animation style (my first contact with Yu-Gi-Oh was through the 4kids dub), but that was immediately left behind after the first episode. :)

Speaking of lulzy dubs, has anybody here ever seen the English dub of Gakkou no Kaidan (School Ghost Stories)? It's just like an abridged anime parody!

Here are some examples:

Oh goodness, I enjoy the English dub of Gakkou no Kaidan! It certainly is like an abridged series and it never fails to make me laugh, especially Amanojaku.

Code Geass looks interesting as an alternate history story. If it were IRL, Pendragon (the capitol of Britannia) would be where Phoenix, AZ is IRL, and seeing as how I live in the Americas, I'd be Britannian.

The manga series ARIA seems good so far also.

Aria the Animation is so heartwarming...

Any fans of Kenichi the Mightiest Disciple(/History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi) here? I would highly recommend it, the dub's pretty good. Here, hacve a cookie.

I read through the plot synopsis of the Rebellion movie...

Everything hurts.

Should I just go ahead and watch it? Or can I just die in my sleep already.

it's definitely worth a watch. It's heartbreaking, but I still thought it was really good.
