I spoke early of those two women. A pair of tumblrina SJWs who decided to go the Angry Critic route. They've got all the stereotypical tumblr traits- one's fat, one's white but claims to be "latinxy", both fetishize poks, and both excused the Orlando shooting even though they claim to be gay.

EDIT: JFC at Erod's Batman v Superman video, look at all the salt. I mean, I didn't think this was a good movie either, but his level of butthurt makes Doug's review seem sophisticated in comparison.
secret butthurt marvel fanboy? something tells me Erod hasn't even read the comics and yet calls himself "best batman fan and everybody else who likes him is a retard and doesn't get him" by only watching the cartoons

And apparently this year's Disneycember will tackle the shitty disney sequels. I'd love to see him defend/attack them, since there are some fuckers out there who love the shit out of them and think they're better than the classics...

I knew Doug would diss it. He disses anything that isn't Frozen. I also love how he says there's a part of the film where he has no idea what's going on (the Bowie song with the crab). This isn't rocket science. It's a cartoon for kids.
 
Now he'll make cringy jokes about Moana and Zootopia for all of 2017 until even his fans are sick of it.
 
Don't even get his obsession with Frozen tbh, considering he's a film "critic" and that film is super clunky in many parts of the plot, and it's not event that pretty look-wise...I mean if he complains saying all the new Disney films are generic and bland, this one is also generic in some aspects.

Wouldn't be so bad if he just liked it, but he's made like, 4 videos where he gushes all over it and then defended it like a white knight, the only excuse being that people don't like it cause it's overplayed, and then this gem of a reply "i'd rather people watch Frozen over Transformers or Twilight!".

Frozen was kind of like the perfect storm of elements that caused kids to eat it up, it's not bad but there's not much there for repeated viewings for adults. I haven't seen Moana yet but I've heard it was quite good. Perhaps someone who has seen it can say whether his arguments are legitimate
Now anytime he voices his opinion on any Disney movie we all have to remember that he criticized Lilo and Stitch for not being about the two sisters without realizing that Disney animated movies are intended for the whole family to enjoy and kids would have been bored out of their minds.
 
When will Disney make a movie about guys in their 30s who fritter away their days making and uploading videos of themselves bitching about cartoons for kids?

To be fair, Transformers and Twilight are rather middling to downright appalling films. Though Frozen's not all that great a film either if we're being completely honest.

I'd like to assume the amount of praise it's got is two-fold:
a) it's Disney, so you got to assume everything post-Tangled has to be good!
b) Anna and Elsa.

When in reality, it's just a standard Disney musical that mostly focuses around the villain instead of the hero. And neither the plot nor the visuals are all that great, even for 2013 standards. Rushed or not.

Please, it's not like Doug and co need their egos inflated any more. Even if the films take the piss out of them they'll see it as a win.
