Is that bad? It leads to his fanbase caring and, possibly, more views. Sure it may be giving him too much credit but it's a solid strategy. Now if he were to go "Naw, not enough white folks in Hollywood" then he may have a problem.

Considering his fanbase more often than not are the types that will unironically scream BLACK LIVES MATTER! or about Rape Culture and other Tumblr topics, kinda.

It honestly surprises me that his fanbase contains so many Tumblrinas and SJWs. I'd have thought considering the subject matter he covers they'd be angry virgins and thus more prone to MRA/redpill schools of thought. The only explanation I can think of is that they're so autistically fixated on the site and its opinions that because a fair few producers are in the SJW camp, they feel they have to follow suit.

So... that there is white washing in Hollywood but not taking a hard stance? If so he appealed to his liberal leaning fanbase without making a firm thing to anger anybody conservative. Good on him for handling that properly.

I didn't watch the video. I was just going by what I've seen Doug do every previous time I've seen him editorialize.

How did Doug ever think Pop Quiz Hotshot was his gateway to Real Television Fame™, or whatever the dream seemed to be, if he and the company have got no work ethic and no drive and poor business practices? Christ.

Then again, Doug always felt a little deluded.
 
The saddest thing is that you just know that people are going to give him more money when he asks again. Saying he has no work ethic almost does't cut it anymore, he's a con artist by this point.
