Yeah I don't get it, instead of just answering the question or ignoring it Dobby goes on a huge monologue letting everyone know exactly what bothers him.

Of course Dobson hates Halloween. People who claim to hate Halloween are always joyless grouches who suck the fun out of everything.
Instead of TPing or egging his house for refusing to give out candy to kids, someone should surround his house with spray bottles.

Dobson surely makes a whole lot of sense.
I hope in this upcomming Halloween, kids are dressed up as inklings, carry squirt guns and shoot at people as trick when they are refused candies, something Dobson would surely do and probably will conflict him, his beloved Splatoon is meeting his archnemesis, being sprayed with water.

He doesn't seem quite so upset anymore, if this was someone smarter than Dobby I'd assume it was all a ruse to get commissions from asspatters.
