The first overt way they do this is by forcing students to parrot information, without a sound basis of evidence. "The civil war was ONLY about helping niggers and NOTHING else!" or a classic "Trust the FUCKING SCIENCE, Chud!" Another overt way: shaming. "Dude what do you mean you don't think pajeets are God's gift to humanity? What are you racist or something? I'm telling HR."
Some covert ways? Firstly, just choose to present only one side of the story. In this way, you aren't forcing anyone to believe anything and you're not obviously lying, but rather you're simply picking and choosing what it is people know about the world. Jews are oppressed
You don't need Neuralink (though I'm sure it would help), just a sound control on the means by which people are shamed and the power to control which words people use. They know children's minds are malleable, and take full advantage of this.
