Reading this guy's comments in the link you posted also shows that he has a much better grasp of English than our @Tex15 has, not to mention he is clearly not from Brazil or even Brazilian as @can't breef discovered and I doubt this fat furry fuck would be smart enough to use a VPN.

Extremely likely. Most of his points paint a picture of someone used to (or preferring) positions of power/authority. But when you have someone like that who also lacks a spine of any kind, kids are usually the first target for them. They get to pretend to be the "cool adult" while actually being a creepy fuck who should neck themselves.
