The reason Amos didn't want to come back is because in America he could say whatever he liked and get parole for noncing. Jail or not, his life in Singapore will be comparatively suffocating.

America should actually give a formal apology to Singapore for granting this gook asylum, which is directly implying he was being mistreated instead of being a complete piece of shit getting what he deserved.
 
Singapore prisons are miserable, or at least Changi looks it. He will have no bed, just a rolled up mat, no pillow - can use clothes for that, and otherwise you are stuck in the cell in utter mind numbing boredom. There is no air con in them, but there is a little vent to that wonderful 30-40 degree jungle heat. They are anal about any alterations whatsoever to the cell, or having extra anything (even legally obtained). Your wakeups are planned, the time you sleep is planned etc. They will probably try and stick him in some kind of rehab program but he's probably too far gone to follow them, and he's enough of a well known social pariah/all around annoying faggot to ever hold any kind of serious job.

If he thought US prison was miserable, this will be another form of it. The one where people are on your arse all the time for anything minor.

He's going to get caned, the entire process will be extremely painful for him, it kinda scours and flays the skin, often leaves permanent damage after even a single hit.

If there is a god, he will be caned, and the stroke count will be double digits. Debilitating.
