I think it's not that simple with Yee. He's always been an attention-whore to the point of mental illness, hell, he wasn't jailed in his home country for CP or acting predatory, no, he was jailed for depicting some religious hero of Singapore getting fucked by blacks or something. That's why people tried to give him a shelter in the US. He came here, he began advocating for pedoshit, BUT he himself wasn't caught doing anything like that for a very long time, despite advocating for it. He reminds me of cult leaders who start as con artists, but in the end start believing their own bullshit.

Also, it doesn't change the fact of how reacted when Metokur got him. He didn't say "how dare you think I am not genuine" or "whatever, I know what I'm standing for".
