I do believe she thinks WLS is her only real option, and has probably been told that by the three different local bariatric surgeons that have already refused her WLS. She does want the weightloss, she doesn't want to work for it or change her lifestyle...that's why she's suddenly paying so much attention to Chantal's Ozempic experience. She's already said that the FDA has approved Wegovy in the US for weightloss, and I'd be surprised if she doesn't try that first. The ongoing cost will far exceed even the US self-pay WLS cost though over more than about a year (definitely by 2 years)

Just some low IQ napkin math. So she's been on youtube about 7 (almost 8 ) years and if she made a mil then we're at 142 857 a year for 7 years. (before tax I guess? So since she claimed to "almost" have made a mil our estimate should be lower but since the window of time where she made that money should also be smaller, I figure our 142 857 is still a good starting point.

This is a little hard to believe unless she was that much of a frivolous spender which I guess isn't that hard to believe after all... It is not so how much you make but how much you spend. In the best couple of years, she was making about $10k a month, but spending most of it on food and rubbish. Agreed - in fact, when I thought about it last night, I was trying to come up with anything - short of winning the lottery - that would allow someone like Big Al to make that kind of money, and all I came up with was porn (online, IRL), and exploitation (either by others, or, for YT purposes, herself, which is what she does). I thought about it some more, and really came to the same conclusion as you: it's remarkable just how little she has to show for her "work" and demonstrates what a wastrel she is. IF she saved 30% of her income, as she claimed - and I don't believe this for a second, since she's a liar and spendthrift with terrible habits in every aspect of her life - she could easily have averaged just over 8% returns with no thinking just by investing in something like the S&P 500 index.

A car - mm, unless she hired a driver too (or another Density/Becky/caretaker), I can't see why she should buy one. She doesn't drive and probably never will, and she'd have to have insurance on it regardless of whether she ever drove it. She'd also never maintain it properly, making it dangerous if she ever did drive it (which she would also do without wearing a seatbelt because it doesn't fit).

There are some people you meet who make you wonder how on earth a person can be so utterly useless. Even the compassionate hires (the development disabled who pack your groceries, for instance) are more capable than she is.

Buying a house or investing is too esoteric for her. Shopping brings satisfaction now.

Moving to Lexington allowed her to indulge in take-out and delivery food on a scale she’s never had before. In the past when she lived in areas with lots of restaurants she didn’t have the extra money, then when she was making good money on YT she was living in rural KY with limited choices. Lexington was the first time she had the money and the food availability and that’s why she gained so much weight the past year.

Amber really fucked up. Her few years making close to six figures on YT were a fluke. It’s very unlikely she will ever achieve those type paydays ever again, but like most YT she assumed the gravy train would never end.

Ironically even her best income years on YT wouldn’t be able to subsidize the life she’s now condemned herself too. The healthcare for a 600 lb person is outrageous, one brief hospital stay could eat up her entire earnings for a year. She truly does need a GF caretaker because she can’t afford to pay even a part-time an aide and house cleaner.

For instance with no insurance, Hamber’s ER visit, hysterectomy, tests/biopsy and aftercare at her size would have cost at least $75k and that’s best case scenario. Her cancer scare would easily wipe out any YT savings she had. It’s why I’m curious what she actually had to pay to proceed with surgery and how much current debt she’s got now. I doubt she has any intention of paying any debts related to the surgery.

Hamber really couldn’t do much with her sudden pile of YT bucks because she was shady as fuck. Due to avoiding student loan debts and bad credit she tried to hide her YT income via girlfriends and other ways. This means, on paper, she could not build any credit. People who try to hide their income to avoid taxes discover the big downside is they can’t get loans, mortgages, credit, etc…. So all Amber could do is fritter away her money on stupid shit. (The other option was to save like mad and try to buy a house with all cash. Any savings Amber ever had was eaten by the medical care she did have to pay for and the IRS finally getting a hold of her.)

Hamber has tried to avoid paying her past debts as much as possible but this has meant she has no credit. I believe the car is in Becky’s name because Amber’s credit is that bad.

Amber being incredibly stupid with her money has meant she has no real leverage or buying power, even though she probably made $75k for a year or two. Using her YT income to fix her credit would have been the smartest thing to do, but she can’t think in the long term.

Amber’s future is easy to see. She will have to go broke and get on Medicaid/welfare to survive. She cannot make enough on YT to subsidize her current and future lifestyle. She would have been ok if she was 300lbs. If her gluttony and slothfulness were just less extreme she could easily live on her YT income.

But I guess is she was a 300 lb and mobile she would akin to her typical viewers and wouldn’t pull in decent YT bucks. Amber managing to be a fat lady freak show in a 21st century full of fat fucks is the only reason she got to be a minor YT personality.
