I keep seeing jokes that it's the constant eating but it probably is. People who grind their teeth end up with chiclets and they don't do it constantly like Amber eats. Most only do it for a few hours at night. People grind with much more force than they chew, but we've seen Amber eat. Biting spoons and shit. If she wasn't doomed to drop dead by middle age at the latest, then she would end up in dainty dentures.
 
Amber's face has negative Feng Shui. Her brow collapses down, while her jaw rolls upward. They might eventually meet in the middle and pinch her nose.
