You do not have to be a "retard" to go into Special Education. There are multiple reasons from being visually impaired, to speech needing, to needing a sign language interpreter. It depends on the need.

Ha ha. No it's not. Currently there are several "levels" - with a support plan 504, with an aide can be 504 or IEP, with an IEP (sometimes with aide sometimes not), with an IEP in a separate setting. It is VERY complicated.

In the UK there are classes where they shove children who aren't disabled or mentally ill.

This is for a WIDE variety of reasons. Space, lack of training, trying to mainstream - I guess in UK it is also required for a certain percentage in regular classes.

She's smart enough to be able to read, but she's stupid enough that Danielle Steele is her favorite writer for when she's reading grown-up books without pitchurs.

Just because she reads does not mean she comprehends. To accurately test this one would need to give her a college level textbook and have her go at it. Not just a paragraph either, about a page. More then 5 to 6 errors indicate lower level then that. You keep going lower until there are lower then 3 errors I believe?

It is one thing to manipulate a slow witted Becky or Destiny, living in the middle of nowhere, but it is another with someone living in a large metropolitan area with much more access to schooling, culture and support. If this woman exists, she is looking for a sugar-mama but Amber’s income won’t go far in New York city. I do not think she would be moving to Kentucky, so Amber would be stuck in the New York, in a flat accessed through a staircase.

Why visiting in September instead of August? She would not be a corporate lawyer or a high executive that could not make time before that. At best, she works at Walmart or at a 7-11. The fact that Amber has just in the last few streams has started using the word 'Hood-Rat' means she has picked it up from someone who she has speaking to recently - So maybe this girl is from a rough, poor area of New York - Maybe Amber is waiting for Becky to move out or when Amber moves into her new place. Yeah it doesn't take much for it to look implausible. Although I think someone could maybe be almost crazy enough to embark on this saga, I still believe the most likely theory is that she's just a troll.

I know Amber has recently shown doubt and has considered that she could be a troll, I do wonder what she originally did and said to try and convince Amber that she isn't. I really really hope we see Wipey drop the chat logs while Amber waits for her to arrive.
