This idea of her moving somewhere further away is so fascinating to me. I can't see her on a longer drive. She doesn't fit in many vehicles. Can't get in or out of most of them. It hurts when she sits too long. She'd have to be hauled around like heavy duty cargo.

She doesn't have Borderline Personality Disorder FFS. She's bipolar and narcissistic. Lardo is just reaching for other diagnoses to gain more sympathy and asspats.
BPD is a very complex disorder that requires months of intense therapy to be diagnosed. ALR refuses to even see a shrink.
It takes months to be diagnosed with BPD from a professional therapist - not a psychiatrist that you talk to once a month for a med check.
I have BPD.

Someone's been watching The Narc Alert videos and hitting up WebMD!
The thing is, though, that she hits the buttons for BPD (not bipolar disorder). I'd say she sits her fat ass on the line between histrionic and narc, but that's just me. Knowing her, she'll claim it and stuff it into the stable with the rest of the things she self-diagnoses.

She’s not bipolar, she probably does have BPD. I’d bet most of meth-moms kids turned out to have BPD, including methmom herself. It seems to be the running theme in white trash disaster families. One matriarch with it manages to spread it to all her kids via emotional abuse.
BPD isn’t that difficult to diagnose, but it is terrible to treat. Most therapists don’t want to deal with BPD because they are so manipulative and rarely have any interest in changing their behavior, they are just attention sucking vampires.
I’d bet easily over 70 % of our female cows are BPD cases, and in fact many have admitted as much. Munchies are as fucking rife with it as they are EDs. The stars of Beauty Parlor threads are a testament to unmanaged Cluster B disorders run amok.

Narcissism and pathological lying can't be treated even if the patient tried therapy - especially when the patient is an adult. Since sociopathy often goes hand in hand with most of the BPDs, all you have is someone who cannot be redeemed. The only hope is that they don't have any kids.

If she's trying to broadly hint that BPD is what she has, you can bet she's leaning heavily into the words & phrases on that chart she thinks will work to her benefit: trauma, neglect, etc. I can bet she'll also focus on the smart bit, (bottom right), that points out the words people associate with BPD: "manipulative, selfish, difficult, attention seeking".
The last 2 short statements in that bottom right segment really raised my hackles:
"This stems from the shared belief that BPD individuals tend to evoke negative emotions in others." and
"BPD individuals struggle to receive help because of society's fear of coming into contact with them.'
ANYBODY who's had the unfortunate experience of being stuck with someone with BPD in their life understands how the first statement trivializes the experiences of those who've suffered the attention of a BPD disordered person. The second statement is ridiculous - therapists aren't avoiding BPD patients because of societal fear; if they're refusing them as patients at all.
For most of us, dealing with the BDP in people around us is easily summed up in one word:
AVOID
It's not difficult for people to look up BPD, how it impacts the behaviour of those who have & their unwitting victims. Amber is an idiot - posting that, hinting this might be her problem, probably just cut her potential list of new minions by 95%.
