She doesn't post the minorly more interesting goings on of her life because she's too dumb to know that they're more interesting to us than what TikToker's style she's trolling the plus sized Chinese market for this week. To me it's similar to when you interact with an animal or someone exceptional and reference something too complex for their minds - they just ignore it, because the information is useless to them. They'd rather play with the same old toys than try to parse anything beyond their current mental capacity.

Plus, I think she sees this image as highly curated - an e-girl, a webdoll with sharp tongue and fashion sense to kill (lolol). To show the current it girl Amber with a U-haul would take editing out all the discussions she has to have in real life on weight limits, and that's too much work. Easier to park the lens and stuff her face while bemoaning those who help her perpetuate the cycle.

What I find interesting, and bear with me here, is that mods who subscribed have a green name with a blue wrench followed by the VIB emoji. Here’s an example:

I swear the other day Amber had the green name, but now she does not (yet has kept the VIB emoji). Can someone more familiar with YT tell me is it possible that cheap-ass Amber cancelled the subscription (but can still keep that VIB thing until the end of her month?).

^^She knows what would happen if she turned the comments off under her videos. Without the whole 'community' experience, Amber, especially, wouldn't get a fraction of the views she gets. Chantal would still get some for her trainwreck antics, but even she'd take a huge hit.
