Leases are almost always 1 year here and often the only option (as in it needs to be renewed every year and can't just do 2 or 3 years at a time). Most places don't do inspections even when they're supposed to as part of HUD/Section 8, but I couldn't say specifically about The Henry. If they leave they're probably either breaking lease or getting kicked out, though pretty much the only way to get kicked out here is not paying rent. I do know that it takes about 3 months after a tenant misses their first rent payment to get through all the court stuff to the date they actually get evicted.

I don’t think it’s all jealousy. I think that it makes Amber feel insecure that Becky expressed an attraction to someone who is a “regular size” or “skinny”. I think she takes it as more of a threat. Most of what makes her uncomfortable is that she is intimidated by attractive women, in my opinion. She definitely knows that Becky would leave her for someone like that in a heartbeat, actress or not. Good thing for Amber that nobody even slightly skinnier or better looking than herself will ever approach Becky or accept her advances.

I think her income so far will pay for most of her expenses but I think she is dipping in her savings for the rest. Her food expenses got to be very expensive. Selling the bed helped a bit. If they move, it will be at lease renewal.

How are y’all analyzing trolling this hard after 8 years lol. Amber ain’t got shit, she ain’t doing shit and she ain’t shit in general. All this deep speculation is exactly what she’s probing for when she pulls BS like she did the other day with her clickbaiting title. Not even cancer could make her channel interesting. All we saw her do for weeks after her surgery was hold the camera right up against her face and complain about pain.

If anything worth talking about happened, she’d have uploaded by now because she would be able to pull in views on a genuine “surprise.” But she didnt, she’s trying to rile people up instead. She has nothing to talk about lol some of y’all gotta chill

Also, almost all apartment leases are 12 months unless you negotiate otherwise. The only people who do stuff like that are rich or in the military due to a “deployment clause”. She’s too dumb to foresee not having money for rent halfway through the lease to request 6 months and month to month is generally more expensive. She went for the easiest option because she’s dumb and lazy. 12 months.

If she can’t afford rent, then why would she break a lease? That costs a significant chunk of change. Ive seen places like The Henry try to get tenants to pay out the rest of their contract even if they’re not living there and then people have to sublet. She’s definitely too stupid to figure out how to do that.

All she’s doing is selling crap so she’ll have money and room for more crap. There’s no big news. Becky is in the living room and Amber will still be the same fat troll when she uploads again. Nothing interesting is ever going to happen short of her “cancer” making a comeback.

Ah, I see our gorl has let speculation run for a few weeks and decided to finally answer in her typical fashion, “haha you guys believed that?”.

As far as the “bed bound” question, she is nit picking. She’s almost 600 pounds (again) and when she was 50 pounds lighter she could barely walk 1/3 of a mile. I don’t know what she wants to call that, but I call it pretty fucking sad.

I don't know anything about anything but I don't think she's hurting for money quite yet. Her low effort youtube videos still seem to be getting plenty of engagement (around 3500 comments each) so why would she try harder unless absolutely necessary? Amber has gotten used to dropping a sizable amount of her income on food and trinkets over the years and will hold onto this at all costs. Could you imagine her having to survive on welfare/food stamps if her channel were ever to dry up completely? She would fight tooth and nail to keep this from happening. And that is when the milk would really start flowing...

Narcs always say “look up the definition of...” to play semantics until their opponent gives up. She won’t acknowledge that even if she’s not literally immobile, she’s essentially bedbound by choice and moves less in a day than a sedentary office worker when she has all the free time, money and flexibility as a creator to move around and go outside. She’ll put out one or two videos of her walking to and back from the tree in her front yard (still makes me lol every time), call it proof that she’s an active gorl and liek bashicully a sports star and then refuse to address it anymore until the next time she gets insulted.
I got a feeling the only stinkhole Becky’s gonna get to see on their honeymoon is when she’s cleaning out Amblard’s bedpan.

I, for one, am waiting for the day when her channel ACTUALLY starts to decline. People keep saying it is, but the numbers don’t lie and there is no indication that Amber is short on cash because she’s still spending like there’s no tomorrow.

Let people get sick of the same shit every upload and when her views dip down into a consistent 40-50k, then things will get interesting. I know that the speds who follow her religiously on YouTube are too stupid to figure that out, but it would be hilarious in a perfect world. She’s doing steady enough numbers to get by and she keeps uploading exactly what a comfy amount of people will click on. Her audience set the standard of what we’re getting right now.

Unfortunately, people keep clicking on her sit down and talk about nothing videos, junk hauls and fake bait diets, so that’s all we’re gonna get for now. That being said, the hype WILL eventually die down as it does with any youtuber with stupid content. She peaked late in the game so it seems like she’s had a long career, but she didn’t start making money until a couple years ago and she’s on the other side of that hill now.

It might take longer than we want, but that shit storm will eventually hit shore.

The fitness vloggers with a huge platform are to blame here. They keep milking Amberlynn Reid's content for a quick clout and in turn giving ALR new viewers. Just check ObeseToBeast's channel and you'll see why. An Amberlynn Reid react will get 100k-250k views while the rest of his videos (these days) can't reach 100k. New viewers who are clueless of how boring is the shit show, the longer ALR stays relevant.

Yeah, you're right. If she gets demonetized, her life will shatter. Good thing for her that YouTube's policy regarding eating disorder or binging in general is trash. Just cover it up with "I'm trying to lose weight, u guise" and you have channels like Chantal and Amberlynn Reid bingeing on camera for hundreds of dollars.

I completely agree with this. So many people are speculating on what her big news is from her most recent upload. Is it weight loss surgery? Is it moving? Is it her family?

I'd put money on it being her doctor called and she is officially in remission. That's it. Nothing more.

I'd also put money on her uploading a "Jenny Craig Day 4" without mentioning this big news at all.

Play the classics, it's all she knows.
