Of all the things to address, gorl was feeling herself when people commented on her hair.

I call bullshit. She's too lazy / mentally disabled to understand proper hair care. Your hair can only dry out like that if you use a shit ton of dry shampoo. Using dry shampoo for long amounts of time can lock in the moisture while drawing oils out and away from your scalp, resulting in a greasy mess. If you wash it away with hot water, it'll make your hair dry and crispy once you're out of the shower, even if you try to salvage it with conditioner.
 
Didn't she admit when she did that garbage "shameful secret" video that she never washes her hair and just constantly loads up on dry shampoo? Now that a couple people shit on her hair she never uses it, of course.

dries out her hair but she used the leave-in conditioner on her face and claimed that was her beauty secret to her soft smooth skin. Her hair just looked better because she cut a foot of damage off. To me, it looked like she had a bunch of dry shampoo on top and grease on the bottom.

Isn't that just because YouTube rounds off subscriber numbers to the nearest 1000 with all channels over a certain size?
 
Yes, that's how they round off new subs for channels of her size. However - she's barely uploaded anything or done any lives. The meager offerings since the New Year have been exceptionally tedious & I would think even a tween would find them boring. There has not been much on the reaction channels either, so what is driving that many new subs?

She cancer bad enough that she lost 60 or 70 lbs due to illness, needed an emergency D&C from heavy bleeding all over the ER, was too fat for a PET scan, etc. And yet still...boring boring boring.

Carlin's last stand up show was in 2008, the same year he died. The first episode of My 600 lb life aired in 2012. It's fucking tragic to think of the material he missed.
 
Serious question - why is no one giving her a serious intervention? Becky her mother D and D? Why? She is clearly killing herself and when she passes people will expect sympathy and comfort. What seriously did you do to stop her killing herself in the first place? These people are seriously fucked up.

Unfortunately, interventions work only if the individuals are willing to accept the offer of help. I think a lot of people have tried. I believe teachers and her foster family have tried to send her to Weight Watchers. Her mother, at the last visit, tried to have her eat less rice, and I am sure other people including doctors have tried to help her. She absolutely refuses to see a psychologist to discuss her issues, and she absolutely refuses to even contemplate restricting her food intake. Amber does not see her weight as a problem; she still believes in the "healthy but big" mantra.
