Rebrand going well. Going back to old habits, finding any excuse to engage in drama. I guess it's a kind of viewer cycle strategy. Bring in new viewers with some kind of branch-out (cancer), then finds something to cry about or play the victim ("Here's your proof!"). New people then feel sad, send her positive messages on instagram and she sees an uptick in positive engagement.

Amber is dumb but she can recognize patterns and encourage herself to engage in behaviors that feed into it. From the outside it can seem like this kind of pre-planned cycle but it's probably her just wanting to get views and others to feel bad for her.
