It's not uncommon in rural areas for homes to be sold at something like Saturday Swap Meet or just advertised in the local paper. Saves on listing fees and agent commissions.

Owner advertising has become common even in the cities here. A lot of people no longer believe agencies are worth what they charge.

And yeah, in rural areas it's often word of mouth and notices in shop windows. A lot of people also use social media to spread the word.

That happened to me once, I could totally see that! It’s not as far fetched as it seems. However frazzle cakes description of all the piled up mail makes it seem they are all gone.

plot twist: Eric and Ricky are buried in the basement and that’s why Becky was down there so much. And why there was all that blood on those famous black leggings.

somebody needs to get ole Roger Brown on the horn to go get that mail and those packages so we can sift through the rubble of what really went down at the shanty.

it should be made a museum or some haydurs could do the Amberlynn challenge and get vids of them recording in front of those dark yellow walls we all miss already.

I thought it would become her own mausoleum when she died and it was easier just to cement the whole shit up and leave it like the original dollar tree over there.
